What army annoys you the most when you see it? is it just cheesy? all third party models/proxies? really lame fluff? ugly/no paint? or just boring to play against?

At least where I live. So many people have a Chaos army! Bloody traitors. *cries*

Imperial Guard, everyone and their dog seems to have of of these armies laying about.

That and the damned Orks that seems to attemp tp crawl up my rear end

Space Wolves. I don't like Space Wolves, and they are the only army I will never collect.

Anything with 2+ helldrakes , screamer star . I have no problem with tau or taudar or doubleldar list even , if they work better then my IG. Helldrakes are stupid , because w they make my army useless on turn 2 .


Ah with escalation any eldar or deldar army with a Raver . so that would be number 3 of lists that annoy me .

Waiting for Screamerstar to roll for it's powers especially when the models aren't what they're supposed to be or painted as their representative gods.

It's really annoying to play against any type of spam army, in a casual setting.

When I call you up for a casual game albeit with no stipulations and you show up with razor spam and 2 LR's it doesn't make for a fun game.

I'll play it and do what I can but it's not enjoyable by any means, I'll just try to crush you. It also forces most armies to play defensively as the majority of your models can't damage av 12+

Wave serpent spam is literally the worst.

Deamons. The Deamon army players here usually go mono god with pretty bad lists. It was even worse with the old Eldar codex against mono nurgle. Those poor poor heralds trying to cast spells and failing miserably.

Nurgle. I hate Nurgle with a passion. Never was able to beat them before the new codex, and now they have helldrakes so they kill me a lot faster than I can hurt them. I hate hate hate hate them, and how everyone at my game store plays Nurgle whenever I play Chaos marines

Any player who seems to band wagon onto the army of the moment.

I would say anything with a 2++ rerollable anything. Its just dumb, theres almost no point in doing anything to that unit besides tarpitting them.

Also taudar/ dark eldar eldar....really anything eldar or tau. both of those codex drive me up the wall, they pretty much go "oh look the 40k rule book? na dont need that everything we have negates that or we can reroll that"

Pretty much every loss I've gotten this year was against a Tau opponent...

Sisters of Battle are always the most annoying for me. I don't understand all the special rules around them enough to know when someone is cheating. I don't care to put in the work to learn them, since the army is so pathetic. But yeah, they get on my nerves.

The last two times I've even heard raised voices at my local FLGS 's 40k night has been about Tau and the broken-ness.
Oddly enough both times they were being faced by Dark Angels.

I like to show Tau some love with my Flying Circus lists. Oh oh and be'lakors puppet master ye ye ye. Take the riptide. Rip the broadsides. Then hallucination.. fun times.

Parking lot. Opponent has the MSU king. Dark Eldar venom spam is a close second queen (which I owned and played through 5e, so I know).


Both suck as the one player rolls tons of dice, possibly 16 to 19 units, while the other steadily pulls models off the table.

Yes, DE are glass. Yes, Parking lot is beatable. But these two are the least fun to play against, because of the amount of time. I played my DE fast, but my turns and games still went long.

Why do you hate my Vypers?

My top three of hated armies:
1. Saim-Hann. Not Eldars, just the one Craftworld. Hate the colours, and it represents everything I hate in Eldar: Wave Serpents and Jetbikes, especially spamming those (Vypers are cool...)
2. Daemons. Don't see these often, but the Invunerable is annoying. Shared this spot with Chaos, since everyone seems to play them.
3. Imperial Guard. Nothing personal, I like the models and they look cool and badass and stuff. I just hate their capabilities on humiliating BA

Fill your boots, the weather over here is horrible at the moment so the joke will be all on you.
Screamers aren't too bad, I'm more talking about DPs painted green with a mark of Tzeentch or red ones with a mark of Nurgle, or worse still unpainted models. Bleurgh.

I'm the only Chaos player I've ever seen :S

But I, too, hate CSM. For a different reason.

I look upon it with sadness, as I realise that my army shall always be roflstomped unless I take triple heldrakes, which is a model I hate the sight of.
And when I bring only one heldrake in the hopes of surviving past turn 3, I get called a WAAC cheesemonger, and get refused games.

And I still don't even win with that drake.

Any unpainted flavour of the month army. Just bugs me. I won't field my 2000 pt Eldar army simply because it's not painted or based properly, and it feels wrong to, especially now that they're rather powerful.

Takes forever to setup and to go through each turn and they don't move.

Tau, and not because they're strong. I win about 50/50 with my local Tau player.

But because they're so D*** BORING...

Everyone. Plays. Bloody. NECRONS!

Especially with only 600 points. You shoot them until dead with basic weaponry, they get up, you shoot them again. Then the doomsday ark happens

Also, as a Pure GK/Malleus player I religiously hate daemons and I refuse to be tabled by them. Centurian99 is the only one who has ever come close to getting rid of every model of mine while playing daemons and I only survived because my Inquisitor and an alluress decided to have an everlasting combat from which neither could land a decent blow.

After killing her...the daemonettes would have surely ripped him to shreds...but we'll never know.
