Looks OK (looking at 2nd list). I don't like the Non-Flyrant I think having 2
FMCs just draws fire better and makes target priority harder.
I think the Carnifexes need devourers so they can start pulling their Weight turn 2-3. As is they are going to be doing something so late your opponent can completely ignore them whilst dealing with the Flyrant and Tfex. But Carnifexes are very strong in this codex so don't drop them just get them better equipment

CC is enough between 3d3 S9
HoW and 10 S9 attacks plus 1 set of 5 S10
2d6 pen attacks they'll kill ANY vehicle they fight so the extra
CCs are just wasted points. Adrenal glands are useful on Fexes again now as they give fleet.
Tfex could do with a buddy though you lose the Biovores warriors with stranglers can do basically the same job. Again like the Flyrant duel threat and redundancy is the name of the game. If you had more Zoanthropes I would advise them.
