Just curious. What do you use on the outside of the Bourak buildings for that "stucco" look?

@SlavetoDorkness. No. Insanity leads to activity without purpose. This has a purpose. To stave off insanity. See?

And we're back with some more finished terrain for the Bourak table. This was for the most recent entry to the LoER-- link will be in my sig. The theme is fence me in, wall me up. So, here we go. The contest ends on the 28th, but who is going to be doing anything between now and then? (Well, I'll be reading my copy of N3 which arrives today. And I suppose I'll assemble those new Ghulam I ordered. Perhaps a bit of puttering.) So I'm submitting my entry now.

I painted it to match with the other terrain, which means a simple paint scheme.

All the pieces, 24 of them

And a simple arrangement

A larger arrangement

A still larger arrangement

And the largest arrangement

Plenty of room for a garden-- a few planters. maybe a building? A fountain? Palm trees? Endless possibilities.

A few detail shots,

Shoot-out at the OK Corral, or maybe the QK corral

and how it may look against the guesthouse

Nice match, eh?

A top view

The garden shed-- need to put a vent on the roof at some point, to serve as a handle... and oh, a leaf and a garden trowel inside it. Y'know why. But it is fine for now.

Anyat makes a pretty good scale model, no? The mini certainly has 'the pose'. I'll definitely finish painting it at some point.

And that's it for the year. I should have some more finished work early next year. Until then, if you want to see alot of WIPs, there's my P&M thread.

Thanks for stopping by.
