Subject: Xenomorph infestation on a frigate, One full company of Space Marines is sent in

Basically it is what it says, how long would the space marines last or would they prevail. I chose a frigate because I knew things like battle barges were so large that one company couldn't handle that much. Everything with the xenomorphs comes into play aka facehuggers, acidic blood etc, and we'll say that it is an Ultramarine successor 3rd company including dreds. Low lighting as the frigate is basically a hulk, and a general Aliens feel to the surroundings. What does Everyone think?
EDIT: if this has been done recently I apologize, I just joined yesterday

What?
Xenomorphs compared to Tyranids are like their lame pathetic cousins. The only way Xenomorphs can even damage their armor is via suicide and bursting their molecular acid on the armor, and even that won't completely melt through it. This is Vlad Tepes material.

Ah, didn't really think about how tough ceramite was. I would be interesting to see a facehugger get ahold of a space marine though, as that thing would pop out pretty tough.

While they can punch through small helmets, they can't get through metal helmets like those worn by Preds. But, removing it would also dump acid on their face, so they're likely hilarious left with a facehugger glued to their helmet for the rest of the battle. Ironically though, they might not have to worry about it, as an Astartes would likely survive a chest buster.

I'd like to see a facehugger even try to resist a Space Marine tearing it off its face. If Ripley can do it in A:R, then a fething SM can.

Standard Tyranid sweep-and-clear mission, performed by the Chapter who are experts at bug-hunting.
The UM have the ship swept, cleared, cleaned and ready to roll inside of 12 standard hours.

I doubt it'd even get through the Marine's fused rib cage! It'd likely liquefy his innards.

Marines have so many advantages in this situation, they can blow huge chunks out of the hull to sweep them all up in a vacuum whenever they want, I know this doesn't kill xenomorphs, but it would just get them off the ship.
The marines would probably see the state of the inside of the ship and just order it to be destroyed, or go to the plasma reactor and set it for overload and casually escape, they would murder the xeno's for fun. Xeno spits acid at them? Marines spit acid back, let alone weapons!
The one stipulation of the xeno's is... If a mini alien doesn't kill itself trying to break through a marines breastplate (and they may not for this coming reason) would they be super xeno's? As they will have formed off marine DNA and not just human.
Can genestealers make hybrids out of marines by the way?

Also if a face hugger went for a marine, could the marine not just spit acid at the hugger?

No. Genestealers make hybrids out of their victims' children. No children, no hybrids.

Hmmm, so, if a genestealer got a hold of a particularly gene therapy modified human, not close, but quite close to a marine, that is still capable of reproducing, I wonder what that creation would look like.
Assuming Ogryns reproduce... What would THAT look like as well?
GW need to satisfy this niche of potentially awesome genestealer hybrids.

It's a frigate. It's not worth the Astartes time to even travel to. Lance strike it a few times and let the void solve the problem.

Don't do that, tow it and leave it with the Tau Empire. I'm sure they'll love to negotiate with it.

Well in Alien Resurrection super Ripley is able to pull one off her face when it tries to attach. No doubt a marine could do it easily, plus their reflexes are so quick they can probably catch it in mid-air.

Heck, the Marine would wait for the face full of alien wing-wang, then bite it off, use his omophagea to analyse the acid blood then start synthesising it in his betcher's gland.

Ripley being able to casually remove the facehugger was one of the dumbest parts of the movie.

Interestingly though, the "Genestealer's Kiss" is still able to dominate Marines (and just about everything else for that matter). There are Genestealer-dominated Orks in one of the Ciaphas Cain (HERO OF THE IMPERIUM!) novels, and one of the World Bearers can feel his control slipping after being implanted in Dark Disciple.

Why?
Feral genestealers makes no sense in any case, since they're designed to work in deep infil with no support - they don't go feral because of brood telepathy and inherent individuality.

How do you fit this together with the whole "four stages of the Genestealer reproductive cycle" that is established cannon though? I mean, if a Genestealer sneaks into a hive city and infects a couple of peasants, the goal is for those peasants to secure a place for the Genestealer to be safe, then to start having babies which spread the cult. One of the main reasons it is so successful is the fact that a sizable portion of the various generations of offspring will be almost totally indistinguishable from the regular citizens. Much harder to infiltrate a civilization and take over a government if you all look like Tyranids...
