Title basically... fluff-wise what paint scheme would a librarian on a bike be in a Deathwing army? Blue power armour with a black bike? Bone?

Taking into consideration the army consists of 20 terminators, 2 LRC and a Vindicator.

Also, I guess the same can be asked of the LRC and Vindicator. What colour would they be?

Tanks would both be green. Since they are part of the armoury, and the chapter as a whole. Unless they are specifically part of the deathwing. Such as a Land Raider might be.
Libby on bike would be blue with black I think.

Any Company Master, Librarian have been in the Deathwing and will wear Terminator Armour if they choose to fight alongside their Deathwing brothers. When they are attached with their own companies they would wear the armour & wargear of that company and paint the inner segment on their shoulder pads bone white to show their rank and honour. From a fluff perspective they would only wear Terminator Armour in a Deathwing only army, as per your example they wouldn't ride a bike in a Deathwing only army only in the companies they were attached to. (But it's your army you can do as you wish) I would paint the bikes black as they would be maintained by the Ravenwing but as it's for a senior member of the chapter you could argue if he wanted pink and yellow he could have it.

Each company has it's own Chaplain with the exception of the Deathwing whose chaplain is always an Interrogator-Chaplain. Chaplains are always black, with black wargear. Interrogator-Chaplains can have bone inner segments to show their rank and honour. Deathwing armies can only use Land Raiders and Dreadnoughts but can draw upon the rest of the chapter should need be, these would be dark green for tanks and black for bikes, speeders and other ravenwing vehicles.

In your example

20 Termies in white MUST be lead by Belial or Azreal
2 LRC can be green but MUST be white if taken as transport selection. If you wanted a fluff right army and have Deathwing then it should be white and you must pay for the Deathwing Vehicle Upgrade.
1 Vindicator MUST be green.

Personally if you wanted a fluff correct army it should be:

20 Termies in white with either Belial or Azreal (Azreal will be in green) as HQ.
1 Librarian in Terminator Armour in blue with white and green shoulder pads
2 LRC White either dedicated transport or support both must have Deathwing Vehicle Upgrade
1 Vindicator?? Wouldn't be in a Deathwing only army.

I would argue that the land raiders could be green as they may have been assigned from the central armoury reserve for a particular mission rather than being permanently assigned to the 1st company. Of course painting them up as dedicated Deathwing land raiders would keep the army cohesive and provides opprtunity to do awesome custom paint jobs a-la littleboyblue

The Deathwing maintain their own land raiders and dreads, it is doubtful they would need the use of the chapter vehicles, unless you were fielding bucket loads of them, you could say this is a small contingent of the bigger Deathwing fully deployed but then as you suggested this would break up the cohesive feel of the army.

At the end of the day it's osmesis' army and he can paint it however he chooses, justify whichever way he wants to, but to have a Deathwing army he needs to follow not only the codex but the spirit of the army itself.

Personally I say just paint up all different types of Dark Angels that way ennui doesn't creep in and he gets a balanced force without people pointing the power gamer finger

The Librarius of the Dark Angels still wear blue armor, regardless of being members of deathwing or not. They are for all appearance sake Codex adherent to hide the truth of the betrayal of their chapter brethren on Caliban.

I've seen people keep the terminator armor white and make the robes blue for terminator librarians, and that works. I personally think it works better the other way around, blue armor, green robes with deathwing white/red as the spot colors.

As for him riding around on a bike, the bike armory would be maintained by 2nd company and would probably be black. However, I am going to build a biker librarian as soon as I get some more bikes. I'm going to put some hot-rod flames on it, roll on Pyromancy in friendly games. Because hell yeah.

@Flippa yes they do, but I don't think it says anywhere that they exclusively use their permanently assigned raiders. It just m7ght help break up all that bone colour to have some green things

I would assume your librarian would be blue as per the standard look with green left shoulder and bone robes with a green underside if you're modeling him that way. The bike would be black because all of the bikes are part of the ravenwing. I play dark angels models and rules but just not the actual paint jobs but the deathwing have their own landraiders as well as dreadnoughts which would be venerable (deathwing). Any other form of vehicle would be green still. I'm sure someone said this already so it's just redundant but I like dark angels so I thought I'd put my 2 cents in haha

The army is:

Belial + DW TH/SS + LRC
Librarian on Bike
Knights + LRC
2x DW CML/CF
Vindicator

I think I will paint the librarian blue with bone robes/black bike and the LRC's bone. The only thing I can't decide on is whether to paint the Vindicator bone aswell to match or to be fluffy and paint it green. I can't envision it in my head.

For pure fluff you gotta do green but it's your army man, do what makes you happy. There isn't a lick of caliban green on any of my dark angels haha. Just a question, why librarian on a bike and not in Termies armour? And I suggest keeping belial stock cause his sword already wounds on 2+ and he will get to swing at his int, just take an extra th/ss or 2 to look out sir if you're worried about getting him killed.

Probably PFG on the bike behind the land raiders to give them the invuln.
