The only problem I have with it is the 5 guys w/flack manning the quad.
For the same points, they could switch from a tactical squad to a devastator squad. This would trade the ability to score for the signum for a BS5 missile shot.
Alternatively, have the snipers man the quad and take the points spend on those guys to buy one of the new AA tanks.
I might trick one of the tac squads out full melta
Adding the MM to the LRR might also be a good idea
While I’m a fan of the classic MM/HF speeder, compelling arguments can be made to specialize to 2xHF and 2xMM ones. YMMV.
But overall it looks like a solid, playable, fluffy and fun Salamanders list.

I don't think Vulkan's ability, or Chapter Tactics work on vehicles anymore, like the speeders, right? I believe it says "with Chapter Tactics: Salamanders" now? If so, I don't think the speeders are too great anymore, just my opinion.
Have you considered trying out Legion of the Damned? With Vulkan already in the list, some twin-linked ignores cover melta could be pretty awesome. I think a min squad of them comes in around 155 points (melta, MM, combi-melta). I also think you should switch out the 5-man tactical for a dev squad with signum and flak missile and man the quad gun. If the unit's already shooting at an air target, the flak missiles (while expensive) kinda jive.
I still like Vulkan in the land raider, even though all the TH/SS termies aren't wielding master-crafted hammers lol (that was so awesome last codex!)
I've never been too impressed by sniper scouts, they never seem to hit enough, and for enemies that frequently get pinned, I find flamers just waste them before they are a threat anyway.
One other thing I'd mention is maybe consider a combi-plasma on the tactical sergeants, since it's master-crafted. 2 shots with a good chance of avoiding 'gets hot!' is pretty nice. I'd also drop the multi-meltas to free up more points here-and-there to add a second TFC.
Maybe something like this?
Vulkan
Tac squad - rhino, combi-plas, flamer
Tac squad - rhino, combi-plas, flamer
Tac squad - rhino, combi-plas, flamer
Scouts - bolters (outflank)
Terminators - TH/SS, Land Raider Redeemer
Legion of the Damned - melta, combi-melta, MM
TFC
TFC
Devs - flak missile (on quad gun)
Aegis w/quad gun

I like the list, but Drop Pods are really what make Salamanders shine.

Vulkans ability affects the detachment so everything in your army has the rule.
I have to agree legion of the damn are beasts but i like the setup MM Meltagun Combi grav.
As for the OP list I dont like the speeders but thats really anyone that takes them, IMO i wouldnt run something AV10 w/ 2 HP.
I like to run 2 dreads w/ MM Heavy Flamers drop pod and 2 Assault squads w/ 2 flamers and a sergeant with a melta bomb in a drop pod(for free) and throwing vulkan in with one of those drop pods and a stormtalon for AA.
Remember this is a hobbiest game you can always convert drop pods and depending on where you play you can proxy some aswell to see if they are even something you might be interested in investing.
