This may sound, but I just realized... if Flash Gitz are the only thing listed in this week's White Dwarf, that's probably a good indication that the codex isn't going to be available for pre-order/released with the Gitz, but probably the week after. Correct?

I think you should be able to pay for/upgrade your av for looted vehicles to a max of 13 at least. Base 11/11/10, 10pts for 12/11/10, 20pts for 12/12/10 so on and so forth.

I'm pretty sure he meant the week after the Gitz.
So guns would release on the 21st, and codex would be no earlier by the 28th. At least, that's what I think he's saying.
