Is Cybork gone from everything? Including HQs and Ghaz? Does Ghaz still get +2 attacks on the charge (6-7th edition rage)

What are the point costs for a Deff Dreads Skorchas and extra DCCWs?

What's giving the Big Mek you mentioned a 6+ FnP? Cancel that. I just read you saying Cybork gives a 6+ FnP.... What?! Does it stil give a 5++?

Instead of having d6+12" movement in the movement phase stormboyz are now 12" movement and can run 2d6 but take dangerious terrain? I call that a massive nerf as running causes you to lose 14% of your models and reduced your potential assault range.

GW nerfing already bad units and nerfed zagstruk. Please tell me I'm missing something on this.

You die alot less often from your packs though, in the past whenever you moved or fell back a 1 killed a guy, now its only if you run, you still get your 6+ armour. Yes they are moving mildly less, but they kill themselves significantly less.

A single run kills on average 14% of your models as you test each model. Each pack had a 1 in 6 chance to kill 1 model but now every run will drop multiple models. If you only move you don't take loses but lose d6 movement. Running is suicide and could very easily go sour and cause a moral check.

I really hope I'm wrong on this

I'm trying very hard to stay positive here, but for every interesting thing I read, I'm reading three more depressing things. I mean, could we possibly go from mid-tier army to bottom tier AND be the first 7th Ed. codex in one fell swoop?

I'm going to wait for the book (And the associated Ork tactics thread) before getting too worked up, but so far, it's looking like a bit of a wash to me.

don't be so disappointed, there are a few interesting points drops (KillKannon, Lootas, ...) that will allow us to take a few more Boyz here or there for instance

the 5++ is confirmed to grant it to the units within 6" which is a big buff,

cheaper bikers with a 3+ cover instead of 4+, cheaper rokkit boys...

shockingly boyz stayed the same/have to pay 1pt for shootas...
now that they have a 5++... honestly... I can put a looot of cheap t4 5++ wounds on the table, 6 pts for that on a model with 3 attacks base is pretty decent, not like spamming mobs of boys wasnt already kicking butt...

Well its only a 3+ when you turbo boost so you cant shoot with those dakkaguns which was kinda nice. Does the 5++ work in CC too? I dont think I like the change because it dosent cover as many boyz or you have to bunch them up more and make them more vulnerable to blasts/templates

Stikkbomb entry says "See 40K rulebook"

I'm looking @ it now. It only lists: Assault, Plasma, Defensive, Haywire, Krak, and Melta Bombs. Are they one of those types?

If cybork body gives the ork a 6+ fnp is there a new piece of wargear that lets our HQ's get a invulnerable save?

Is there a Orky Iron Halo equivalent etc?

I would be so mad if I can't give my Warboss a personal ++ save especially since the kff got nerfed and doesn't work in cc.

well then shoot and claim a 4++?

while its harder to get boys into the 5++, put the mek on a BW or something with a huge area to measure that 6" from, and you can cover a lot.

Thanks, managed to figure out that the number is actually the internal ID of the order (also apears in the url of the blocked download page). However, it apears that they have closed the leak, I'm told to contact them for more info when my product is to be released when I try to download

As for questions:
What does the tankbusta wargear do:
- Tankhammers
- Bomb Squigs
- Tankbusta bomms

Can any HQs take killsaws?

Can warbiker nobz take killsaws?

Has Zagstrukk kept his anger management rule? (Shooting boyz to pass moral)

Do bikes and storm boyz have 'ere we go?

Is the kopta's buzzsaw still a PK? Or is it a killsaw now?

Does the KFF have any rules preventing it from being used in close combat?

Does the weirdboy generate an extra warpcharge if 10 orks are present or for every 10 orks that are present?

Does the weirdboy have any wargear options?

What does the Grabbin' Klaw do? Can it be used on trucks?

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Pretty much what it did before, you get to charge and run. It's on warbosses now though, so no warboss, no Waaagh!

KFF doesn't spread from transports anymore. The transport gets the save.

Those Data cards include the generic Tactical Objective cards. That's intriguing. Not that I'm buying into 7th ed, thanks.

..and reading the GW website it looks like theyre "limited edition"? Am I reading that wrong?

Man, they KILL me! For every two steps forward, they take a step backwards. I so want to jump on the new rule book and coming ork codex but stuff like this keeps reminding me of our history together. First, releasing 7th edition without a "current" starter box, and expecting everyone to drop another $80+ for a rulebook after only two years of 6th edition, now stuffs gonna be "limited"?

Whats next collectible 40k?

im seriously debating not even getting this codex. I'll admit orks are not suppose to be a competitive army, you play them to have fun more than win. But theres a defined line between competitive and playable. New orks seriously strike me as even less playable in the current meta than before, and they were already suffering. Barring some really insane 5+ luck, i rarely lasted a whole game with my orks except against tyranids (old or new dex).

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.

So we really are getting 5th ed fleet back? If this is true then thats a very good thing. Move, run, assault

I'm thinking if I keep my list the same or similar, the points cost reduction from the nobs and lootas (since i use both) will offset the 1 point increase in my shoota boyz so I'm thinking that all in all will be a wash. Maybe add a weirdboy, swap out a warboss, maybe drop the dakka jet, shouldn't be much different. Maybe even throw in a painboy so one of my big boyz squads gets a bump.

All in all, weirdly enough, I don't think this will affect me all that much.

biker changes make you excited to pay more for something that should have been included in the 50 dollar book your buying out the door, rather than buying it and another 4 to 10 dollar supplement? Would you care to invest in a bridge I just purchased?
