Klaws no change
Kill Saws are armour bane, no other change,
Warboss is same flat cost, klaw and big choppa same cost. Boss pole allows a reroll on the mob table when you fail morale.

Thats it, 6+ FNP. Its cheap though.
Waagh is +1 WS. Both are pretty much characters only though the Nobz and MaNZ can take waaagh banners as part of their unit entry
AP3, still not enough to actually blow up a tank

What are the options for the Big Mek? And the options for the Mek? Does the HQ Mek have the same options as the Mek upgrade of units like Burnaboys/Lootas?
What does the Tellyporta Blasta do?
What does the Waaagh! Banner do? Does it still grant +1WS? Is it cheaper or more expensive?
Can Snikrot join other units or just Kommandos?
Stats for the Weirdboy? Is he cheaper or not?
Does Grotsnik still grant the unit he's in FNP?
Does the BW has the option to purchase Mek Gunz?

We're probably in the minority, Dakkamite. Nothing strikes me as particularly interesting about any of the new rules, and I've read pretty much this entire thread. It all just seems so milk-toasty and uninspired.The changes are over-complicated (really, more random tables?) or just simply baffling.
I like it. The only thing that is unfortunate is the lack of moving slots for themed armies. Other than that, no big deals. Points seem much more reasonable, that alone is a god send!

If cybork is 6+ FNP does Ghaz (or any HQ) have an invulnerable save of any kind?
So tankhammers are S10 AP3 and hit at initiative? No other USRs?
Edit:
-so does the KFF give an invuln in close combat as well, or just from shooting?
-What are the cost of the relics?

Big mek gets access to mek gear (kmb, kms, kombis, rokkit, etc), or can take mega armour. Still has relic, shooting weapon, accessories etc access (full list), but can take a kill saw. Non mega big mek can take SAG or KFF (also has bike access in the know wots menu). Mega Mek can take KFF or Teleporta Blasta. its a small blast str 8 ap2, on a 6 its insta death or insta pen.
HQ Mek is literally the same as a mek in a unit, and must be put into an artillery or infantry unit before start of game
Waagh banner hasnt changed
Just Kommandos.
Cheaper, and his ml2 is also cheaper.
Yes, because he has doks tools
No mek gunz anywhere except on the mek gunz unit (except the morkanaught KMK)

Maybe hold off judgement until we see all the rules together, especially the wargear and what units can take what options. But yeah, actually, it does sound like fun to me. 'Ere we go and Waaagh! are fantastic. Add to the new flash gitz rules, bikes coming WAY down in points, the ability to add upgrade characters to any unit you please, give bosspoles to more units, and smaller units benefiting from the mob rule now. It's looking like a good time to be a greenskin. I'm as excited as I've ever been, and I've been playing Orks since 2nd ed.

He is listed as Lord of War choice. Taking him does not use a HQ slot, your opponent gets +1 to seize and taking wounds off him grants victory points. That's all there is to it.
That is in escalation but I don't recall seeing it in 7th edition. Did I miss that in the 7th edition rulebook or are you just assuming that because it was true in 6th under escalation?

OK, Tank Hammer str 8 AP3, unwieldy.
Only invuls I can see are KFF except for Badruk who has built in 5++ (or ghaz on a waaagh)
KFF is explicitly just shooting
5 for cheapest, 35 for most expensive (bike)

Yup, only 2 troops entries, no options to move another unit into a troop choice. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oddly a KFF mek inside an open topped transport doesnt benefit from his KFF against the template attacks that his passengers. Since the rule states the vehicle gains the 5++ INSTEAD when embarked. Unpleasant.

Oh man, meganobz can have Waaagh! banners? That sounds pretty great... Does that mean I'm right in that a charging killsaw meganob has 5 attacks (3+1[assault bonus]+1[dual specialist weapons]) that hit on a 3+ (Waaagh! banner +1WS) and wound on a 2+, probably causing instant death...?
I'm tempted to try my hand at making a meganob army again now.
One question Melcavuk:
Do gorkanauts/morkanauts have the assault vehicle rule in the codex? Is there an option to give them the rule somehow?

Does the Nob character upgrade in units like Stormboys, Tankbustas can take 'Eavy Armor?
Does the Kaptin of the Flashgitz get access to "Ranged Weapons, Melee Weapons, Runts & Squigs, Orky Know-wots and/or Gifts of Gork and Mork list"?
Cost points for the KFF option for the Mek/Big Mek?
What about other vehicle upgrades like Grabbing Klaw, Wrecking Ball? Any changes about them?

I'll say this: GW talked me out of buying any new models. I was anticipating a point reduction for boyz & nobz, leaving more points available for new shiny stuff. So far the minor points reductions in units I take (nobz, lootas) have been eaten up by increasing shoota costs.
I know a lot of people THINK they were underpriced at 6pts but a mob of 30 caused as many hits as a squad of 10 meq on average and went down easier; boys really did need to be a point cheaper.
So, yeah, no new Naut, no flash gits, nothing. Good move for your older players GW

Nobz in squads only seem to get eavy armour in the Boyz squad, and thats because the entire mob gets to take it.
Badrukk is only as listed, no taking anything extra except ammo runts
KFF price hasnt changed.
Grabbin klaw can stop non-skimmers/flyers from moving, wreckin ball is a 3 inch range str 9 ap 4 D3 weapon.
Gorka/Morkanaughts arent assault vehicles and have no options to become one.

Boyz squad in Eavy Armour, same cost as before (if you dont take shootas), and not limited to 1 per army.

Wait, if a Painboy's bike is 25 points, and the relic bike is 35 points, does that mean a warboss's bike costs 25 points too? (down from 40)
...and a nob's bike is 27? 2 points more than a warboss's?

Dont try and put logic into this. But yes the nobz pay more for their bikes than any character does.
And for +10 on a characters bike you can get the relic one for AP3 goodness (one per army)

Wow so Ghaz lost his invul (except for once per game), and his special Waaagh that makes all units fearless and used to give a guaranteed 12" charge to everybody and he's still the SAME PRICE???? Wow this is such a disaster.

I'm optimistic about Weirdboys potentially teleporting mobs of boyz around the table, that could be fun. And if you dont roll the teleport power? Oh no you rolled an awesome template, beam, large blast power (or theres a +1 attack power, or a focus witchfire but lets ignore those)
