Track gaurds or no track gaurds?
I'm not a huge fan of tracks so I always add them. The tracks just don't look good in my opinion if the aren't done with special effects like weathering, mud, or snow, and then they are hard to alter.
True but I'm trying to keep a uniform look with my Macharius and Centuars which obviously don't have gaurds though much better looking tracks. It's a shame they didnt do the russ' in that way as the current treads look puny.
This. It's a shame you can't fit them on the newer kits.

I only have the track guards on my artillery vehicles.
Each of my vehicles have a lot of personality though, so for me it would depend on what style I was trying to convey

Unfortunatly knowwhere/one has any of the OOP resin gaurds as i agree they allow more details. But i'd prefer no gaurds than use the horrible plastic ones supplied.
