Are you still allowed to use the Griffon, Colossus and the Medusa ordnance vehicles anymore, or do I have to now rely on the Wyvern? I dont mind the change over. I was just wondering.

The rules are still there under Forgeworld's Imperial Armour Volume 1 book. Because of this they're still legal for normal play. Unless your opponents are complete TFG's you shouldn't have an issue using them, especially given their removal from the codex was a business decision related to a copyright lawsuit (GW's not including units without plastic/finecast kits for the most part anymore as a result) rather than for any balance or background reasons.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

You probably wouldn't want to play against people who did that anyways.

For serious. None of these artillery variants are even especially powerful compared to what's currently in the codex anyway, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Anyone who wouldn't let you play the FW rules for them are people you're better off not having a game with. As said before, they're hardly game breakers, it's well known that they were removed due to GW's "no units without citadel miniatures in our codexes anymore" policy rather than any gameplay based decision, and lots of people already have the models anyway.

cept colossus you are going to make little timmy cry at the local GW because this tank is specifically tailored to roflstomp his ultramarines

GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

Their continued presence in Imperial Armor has allowed me to keep using mine, but at the same time no one I've played have complain about using my old IG book for their stats and abilities, since I don't have the IA book. But those few that questioned I've shown them (via my phone) that the Colossus, Gryphon, and Medusa rules are in the IA book.
