So after being determined to stick to my tzeench theme in 6th, I feel a little rewarded. Pink horrors now offer something that both daemonettes and plague bearers don't - warp charge. My old list had 4 fmc's in it and 2 squads of 10 horrors. I've modified it on the off chance I can potentially use the heralds to summon a lord of change, the one thing I've removed from my list. I know it seems odd, removing something to attempt to summon it, But my LoC was ML3, and the three heralds are a combined ML9. I also gain extra horrors giving me an extra 2 WC points. If I get really lucky and all 3 heralds can summon a LoC, that does reduce my warp charge, but would give me 6 FMC's at 1500 points! Let me know what you think......I think I will struggle potentially with anti air...

I believe this list will do just fine in 7th.

The only thing I will say is to watch out for the new restriction that a unit cannot cast the same power in the same turn so you might have issues getting off multiple versions of Summoning and the like if you have multiple Heralds in the same Horror squad.

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

But I can cast different summonings right? So putting 2 heralds in 1 squad, and 1 in the other means both units can summon more horrors...and the unit with 2 heralds, the second herald can summon something else....

Yes that is correct. So one unit can cast one instance of Summoning (And one instance of any other spell they know) and the second unit can do the same.

This is correct which is why you don't want to put a Herald in a unit of Tzeentch Pink Horrors that also have Summons or a spell the same as there.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

Out of my Mind

I'm curious to know if you've looked at the Tzeentch Chariots. With the changes to the Chariot rules, did these become playable now? Or are they still just meh?

I think you need to make a hard decision tbh.

You are missing a few key things and have no points to get them.

Your DPs should have a 10 point upgrade that makes them s8
your heralds should take locus things (cant remember the names cause i never take heralds) I think greater of conjuration. think its 30 pts.

if you remove one herald you lose 3 warp charges, but.. in doing so you buff your two DP's, and all of your horrors/heralds witch fires, also you can bolster your horror squads to 16+ models each, which would gain you back two warp charges.

The rules don't say what you think they say. Here's the post that helped me understand....

 Scott-S6 wrote:
If they [an IC Psyker joined to another Psyker/Brother] count as a psyker unit then that doesn't work because you select the unit to manifest a power - not an individual psyker. You then have no mechanism to assign perils to a model.

So, if they want to play it that way then you can't cast the same power twice but you are now immune to perils.

As such it's implied that regular pskyers are treated individually while units with brotherhood of psykers are treated collectively but the wording is extremely vague.

I like this idea. Thank you.
