The Utah case is actually the bigger deal here, since it comes from the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Oklahoma also falls under the 10th Circuit Court, and we still have a separate case pending before the court, but the ruling in the Utah case basically already struck down the ban in all pending cases as well. So the 10th Circuit basically legalized same sex marriage in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming.

Edit: looks like the article I was reading might have been mistaken. It doesn't look like the full 10th Circuit Court ruled on the case...

A long time lesbian couple I know went downtown as soon as it was announced to get their Marriage license. While their they posted pics of the huge line at the clerks office in Indianapolis as dozens of gay couples filed in to get theirs.

Let's hope not. But I think that the angle that will be pursued will be the State's rights angle. But there may be a simple solution to this problem of not permitting gay rights;

Well to be fair Lesbian porn rarely has lesbians in it, and if you like looking at women then two women = twice as good; I doubt that most are watching girl-on-girl for the relationship anyway. Hell, I doubt most are watching any pornographic material for the relationship.
