Never liked Kickstarters of any kind so never supported one. When I spend money I want my goods with me and not 1 year away.

With that said I lost my virginity to Z3, I mean this KS is brilliant!! Lost hours just looking at this one, always waiting to see next goal( quite addictive thing). The 2 million goal was just… just incredible! So yeah, 1 year wait but hell it was just tooooo good to pass.

Well, with any luck there won't be any more buy-in stretch goals in the next couple of hours, 'cause I need to sleep!

At the current rate we're going to need $385 a minute to reach the final goal...

and that's $2,800,000 done with about an hour to spare. That should be it then.

They could do Stuart, but considering his crappy life they should just make a zombie that looks like him.

This one was tough to resist.. I watched it tick down to the end. What's the highest table top game KS ever? Did anyone ever get above $3mil?

I didn't back it cuz I'd rather do the Mantic dungeon sagas, can't afford both :(

Bones 1 beat that at $3,429,235 it's listed in the games category but really both are just minature KS without a game so as a purely board game Zc3 is now top with Zc 2 second and KD:M third

It looks like a lot of people waited 'til the last second for this one, as their last day was almost as big as their first.

Decided to skip out on this one, as I just don't have enough time to justify all the gaming I'd need to get in to make it worth it. That said, if someone can volunteer to buy an extra Raj and Leonard, Penny and any other purchasable BBT characters for me, PM me so I can toss you the cash for it, you'd be my best friend. Thanks in advance for someone willing.

You should have bid, and then moved your reward selection if an early bid opened up.

I had missed the 140 early bird slots and bid for a regular 150 slot.
When they said the 90 slots could be upgraded to 140 slots in the pledge manager I edited my rewards to get one.

Everyone who bumps up to $150/140 slot gets Audrey. People who got the $90 Early Bird get to bump up to $140. The pledge manager just needs to flag Eary Bird bidders for a $10 discount.

They are already are flagging season 2 backers for a $10 discount, so it would just be a matter of using this tech to flag the early birds as well

I'm trying to find a way to differentiate the zombie types without having to resort to painting the bases different colors (so I can use the mini's in other games). I'm thinking of using 1" washers, because I'd like to store the miniatures in the inserts. Has anyone done this or something similar? Thanks!

Toxic Zombies = All Green Tones


Beserker = Red/Oranage tones


Fully painted survivors are easy to spot amongst the sea of monotones.

It is, and when Carmen posted that first picture on Boardgame Geek, I asked him how he did it and he posted the link to his blog. Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, I'm copying him. Nowhere near done, but it is much better than "realistically" painting 200+ zombies, and it is a striking effect on the table.

Have to come up with similar monochrome schemes for the new Skinner and Seeker zombies in S3 though. Perhaps sepia tones for the Skinners?
