I'm trying to avoid ebay, only things I sell on there these days are big things that are collection only, so was looking at working out a fair price for a few facebook trade groups I've used in the past (can't stand gougers) but I like your idea of offering it on here as well.

There are already a few people on here looking for A Krom model, if you check the dakka swap shop for a start.

Similar to another poster , I'm interested in this set as it seems pretty self contained in giving two forces , I already have templates and dice etc so not being an actual starter is not an issue as I hate the lack of customisation in DV and the sides. Managed to order for just under £61 so pretty good, at that price I can make my money back if you get bored by selling separate units etc

I have read that some people have ordered this, or tried to, from somewhere else other than GW, and their order got cancelled (I guess due to unavailability). Where do you guys typically get your stuff from? I thought GW would be a safe bet since its from the source, and its free shipping.

BTW I called GW yesterday to ask a couple of questions about this set and the DV re-release, and he dodged every question unless it was an item right in front of him or mentioned in White Dwarf. He said if you saw it on the internet its just a rumor, and I said fine, but it looks like I am looking at next weeks White Dwarf and its showing this and that, but he wouldnt have anything to do with it. What the heck. Just tell me what you know. They must have copies in their warehouse by now.

Actually it's GW staff policy, if it is not official news that is officially released then you do not discuss it or legitimise it, you have to act as if you do not know. Stupid, but company policy as opposed to staff choice. Talking about early WD is a big no no.

We have to wait till Saturday morning, altho we have at least been told we will get one. (At our big, local store, people who ordered Friday got a copy, most people who ordered Saturday lost out. We ordered at 7.04 pm. fingers crossed as we now have no rule book...

Apologies, had to go train. Sold everything bar the Kanz, waiting on payment for those then they are gone too.

The campaign book is very thin, bit of story covering part 2 of the red waaggh, 3 missions limited to whats in the box, the rules for the models are just whats in the box with things like named sargents.

Wolves seem same points cost as the current codex. Note that points cost is for a fixed build, not a per model + upgrades in the campaign book, armoury only covers things allocated to units in the book.

Wolves get:
Krom
The Fierce Eye's Wolf Guard
Hengist Grey Hunters
Egil's Blood Claws
The Fierce Eye's Finest Formation, basicly everything, gives furious charge if Krom still alive and re rolls to hit to whole formation if a single unit can hit something.

Orks get:
Grukk
Skrak's Nobz
Rustgob's Runts
Kanx
Grukks Ripping Krew formation, everything again, if Grukk on table, re roll failed morale, pinning and coward tests and everything can deep strike for turn one with out a reserve roll.

I was expecting each campaign box to feature two new armies. Perhaps the formula will be last released army with next released army every time.

Depending on how cool Krom is, I could see the Formation working out. Just give them transports from your main CAD.

i really want to paint this guy, but we don't have any sets that i could find here in Mexico:(...

it is awesome to see how Darren Latham has gone from being the best painters on the 'Eavy Metal crew, to being a really good sculptor...
i guess having Jes Goodwin as a mentor pays dividends...

Yeah. A Dataslate of Grey Hunters done up the way The Last Chancers were would be amazing.

Any new rules for Frost Weapons? I think that one of the bigger questions. Thanks.

I assume then Krom's Finest Bros formation can't take transports? If so, that pretty much makes it crap.

Only the models in the set get rules so no transports mentioned. Frost blades are the same, only swords are on the models.

I was really hoping Frost Blades were changed, guess we have to wait for the Codex.
