What exactly was your plan with the dredknights? You had to know that they were the targets of those knights forever. Ducking into ruins for a couple turns just meant a couple more turns of getting pot shot at. The odds are really low to get distorted (like 1/27) or something like that but it was plausible you could lose 1-2 over the course of three turns by just shuffling around.
The only way those wraith knights were going down was by force swords...I expected some aggression. Yeah, the council was there but that just goes to show you the GK dex presented very very very few counters to a powerful dex like eldar.

You should see Grant's dice against me recently. We played 2 games. In the 1st game, he starts the council off in ruins. He then moves them out and 3 warlock dies to dangerous terrain. My turn 1, I shoot at his shrouded wave serpent with 2+ cover. He fails 2 cover saves and the serpent dies, giving me First Blood. Then on his T2, his wraithknight deepstrikes in, scatters off the table, and then rolls a 1 on the Mishap table.
Ok....reset.
His Forgeworld farseer casts Fortune and then his head explodes from Perils (rolled a 1 on the Perils chart and then failed his Morale). Then next turn, as his seer council is about to charge, the Warlock perils while trying to chuck a Vortex of Doom and dies, thus taking his unit out of charge distance. Now his seer council without Invisibility nor Fortune is about to get charged by 3 knights. End game.
Sometimes when your dice is like that, you just need to take a break from playing. Then the next day, who knows, your dice might get hot again like Grant's did against Spam Adams. Of course that just means that I'm probably due for some bad dice pretty soon. Quickly, someone, challenge me for easy admission into T0C!

You'll play Deathwing, right? Game on, Jim!
