Tiger is nice, but I wish they replaced the HMG and Combi one with the Spitfire and Combi-flamer one.

Someone made a good point in that the Boarding Shotgun replaces the previous one; effectively making the new aesthetic the default for future releases.

Looks really nice, probably enough for me to try some generic Yu Jing lists rather than Imperial Service.

I agree, think these have translated really well from the concept art (something I wasn't that sure about before I saw the mini).

Maybe we are going to see a CHA revamp, like with Morats, not that I agree with their choice as Caledonia is not the one that needs it the most (IMO) but hey, if the release a 3rd Greys box I may jump right in.

There's only 3 profiles for Galwegians. While there isn't one explicitly with a shotgun of those 4, we don't need to redo the whole box for it.

Other stuff in the range needs updating before them. Like Shang-Ji, Celestial Guard, Seed Soldiers, Kazaks... there's lots of units that could be brought into a more uniform modern look.

Kamau would have been a better fit for a resculpt than Aquila guard as well, for example...

While I really like this Aquila guard, the Kamau is pretty awful. Then again IDK how often they're really used anymore? Seems like Aquila Guard are much more likely to be on people's lists than Kamau.

Not that that necessarily means anything with CB, like how they didn't make a chain rifle Daturazi even though he's the one most commonly used.

I think the mask is the same as the art, just not painted as tigery as the art was.

Right now CB is engaged in expanding/resculpting specific Sectorials.

Neoterra is their focus for PanOceania. Kamau are not part of Neoterra, hence don't expect to see Kamau until shortly before/some time after "Acheron Falls".

Because Kamau are going to be part of the Varuna Sectorial, assuming it has not been cut out.

As long as the Svalarheima and Al-Medinat sectorials are still in - please!

(Though I really want Varuna too...)

I know. Though I can't help but feel the Aquila was not enough of an improvement (neither a badly sculpted original nor an actually believable pose now) to warrant a release slot. Heck, a Bolt with drop bear launcher (other than the limited model) would have been better.
Hell, the Auxilia desperately need an update - why not those?

The Drop Bear isn't launched. It's thrown. And it doesn't need anything beyond a cardboard marker.

Hell, the Auxilia desperately need an update - why not those?

There's a physical model for the drop bear with the limited bolt model. A general release for that would be good. My bad on the launcher, sorry.

I'm sure they will release an Auxilia box; doesn't make this release less pointless. Feth, i'd almost prefer they just forfeit the slot to a model for a faction that actually needs it...

I think the current Kamau hacker sculpt is really nice, will certainly make sure I pick up an old one if it does ever get a re-design!

It's pretty much a certainty that it will.

Just look at the new Bagh-Mari(Stephen Rao)/Bolts to get an idea as to what they'll look like.

Kamau are LI so I would expect a bit less armour on them, think Fusiliers with neoprene and helmets.

The kamau hacker is one of my favorite mini, and the reason why I've started Infinity. But the other Kamau are not so great

I think a fair number of players were disappointed that the N3 book did not pull in Paradiso & the Human Sphere books to produce an all in one (even if they only put in the rules section from the latter two),

It's all well and good that the rules are on line but a lot of us like print rule books and when you then have to think about buying 3 to get the full game your into GW territory of rules + codex + codex etc

They would make a lot of money of a rules only book with all three compiled and organized.
