September 22nd and we've only just gotten the first actual preview from some new partner/blog, a French site called "trictrac".

Not sure why the Hunzakut female is rocking a patented Ghostbusters trap, but hey.

Is it just me, or would she look like a Rebel from the Battle of Hoth if she were painted in snow camo?
(not that I'm complaining, I'm just getting a real "Arctic" vibe from the model)

New Ghostbusters tie in model?

At last! That rifle+LGL, does it look it it was not scaled down? Has CB dispensed with that foolishness? 'Twould appear so. This is a must get mini for any Haqq player. Although I am a bit concerned about how it might look next to the Hunzakut Sniper, but not concerned enough to refrain from getting it. Rule of Cool and all that.

Only 6 business days until the end of the month too. Perhaps we shall see the Nisse HMG this week. Of course it'll be another month until they're in the stores.

Quick Edit, Trictrac? That is French for Backgammon, IIRC. Ah,on le trouverai ici, http://www.trictrac.net/actus/infinity-avant-premiere-hunzakut.

Check out the description of the game:
Infinity N3

Publié par Corvus Belli
2 à 4 joueurs
A partir de 12 ans
Langue des règles: Française, Espagnole, Allemande, Américaine

The amusing parts, 2-4 players ( 4?), 60 minute playing time ( uh, more like 105-120 minutes) Rules available in French, Spanish, German and... American...

4 is for doubles probably.

60 mins seems right if you and your opponent know how to play the game, finished 4 of the 5 games in Interplanetary with 20-30 minutes spare from the 90 mins time limit.

Haqqislam seems to be devoid of the silliness of lady sized weapons.

And yes, since it's also the proxy for the FO, it's basically a must buy for Haqqislam players. If I could get my hands on a sniper variant (not interested in the starter box with so much needing a resculpt) I'd clip the barrel off to give myself two FO/LGL models.

She looks great! I find the pose a little awkward, but I can't help but love that figure. I'll have to add her to my Haqq army.

Combat boots. No bare midriff. No lady sized gun. Regular, though a little tight, bomber jacket.

Fantastic female miniature.

I'm hoping for these, from '60s Doctor Who:

Do it, CB!

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

Very glad it's not as cheesecake as the render led me to believe.

That HRL Mobile Brigada is crap. They just copy/pasted the Wildcat HRL pose(which is absolute trash as well) over. And why does she need her helmet open? So we can see "OHEMGEE IT'S A GURL!"?

Love the fig. Will likely buy one to use as a Chasseur.

Those look more appropriate to the retro Gates of Antares line like a biracial Human/Boromite...

Considering how much the designer/sculpter is a fan of anime, I guess we are lucky that she doesn't have to take her clothes off to turn invisible.

I actually quite like the idea of the open faceplate as it will make it more interesting to paint, although agree they should probably do it for a male mini as well (don't think any of the HI so far have this feature?)

They should try branching in other genres, if that's the case.

It's a very nice sculpt and paintjob despite the typical Corvus Belli "my pelvis is open and waiting for your... brush..." female mini pose.

What's wrong with the HRL Wildcat? I've literally never heard anyone complain about her.

Kan doesn't like the pose (amongst other things apparently). I'm not overly fond of it either. And the ponytail is ridiculous.

What isn't wrong with her?

Compare her to any of the other Wildcat models. She's in a garbage, cheesecakey pose with some stupid ponytail literally stuck on as an afterthought and is more in line with the atrocious "Riot Grrrls" models than any of the Corregidor stuff and how that stuff should have been sculpted.

... Wait, aren't you that guy that complained about how the new Intruder HMG is Hulk Hogan vs midgets, compared to the other Intruders? And claimed that Corvus Belli was somehow cheating with the pictures of all the 3 Intruders, were the others are blurred out, because apparently he's so big that he "literally" broke the game by being so disproportionate?
I seem to recognize that hyperbole somewhere...

Ps: I totally agree with the "Riot Grrrls", those are indeed some awful sculpts.
