Bet against it. I figure we'll see a slightly nerfed Mephiston, a slightly buffed Dante as a Lord of War, some price drops for the infantry, a brutal nerf to Corbulo, slotless Sanguinary Priests, no more DT Land Raiders, and a nerf to Blood Talons. On the whole, the army will be worse, but cheaper. The price drop will also make Death Company amazing.

Dante dies to the nids, Mephiston becomes the new. chaptermaster and Low. Mephiston gets a slight points increase 75-80 and gets an invuln save. Also a new power will be the Rage of Sagittarius will be a large blast nova str 10 ap 1 and will be 1 time use with all the blood angels then auto fail red thirst for the rest of the game. We then February get a new hardback Sisters of Battle codex. Then they get some new stuff in plastic and then the another campaign with the nids and they get their new codex. Major Nerfs for them on shooting and the lord. Then they hit the Tau and Eldar with a nerf bat so hard the tears will be happening till 8th edition. But they will give us all this new stuff and juice right before then to soften the blow.

I know it is an overreaction but I get really annoyed by people who fit guns upside down to vehicles. Those hurricane bolsters really stand out to me. Upside down shrunken cannons for eldar are my biggest bugbear though. They are far too common as well, I just don't understand why.

I really hope that Death Company isn't removed from the Blood Angel codex and put into their own dataslate. Keep Death Company with the Blood Angels!

No danger of this whatsoever. They would just cop too much flak for it. Is there any precedent for a signature unit being withdrawn from a 7th ed.codex to come back in dataslate form? I can;t think of any.

On the other hand, the ability to field a Death Company army may well be excluded from the codex and be made available elsewhere for extra money, whether that's in a supplement or data slate remains to be seen.

On the boxed set rumours, I am a little surprised by those contents, just don't see why they'd give us Terminators. As ever with Natfka I'll stick with believe it when I see it.

Can't wait to see a pic of the captain as he'll hopefully be in terminator armor. They did a good job with Krom Dragongaze so hopefully that will continue.

Wow, that's a far higher savings per side than the Storm Claw box set. Each side is getting the character for "free" and still getting a discount on the actual units. So basically it's over 50% off the contents of the box even before discounts. Interesting...

I have a hard time believing that since the Broodlord is on the cover of the Tyranid painting book--and they have not used "limited edition" products for those things. They had the opportunity to do so with Krom Dragongaze on Space Wolves and instead went for Logan Grimnar.

But yeah. Salt is always applied. But it's not unreasonable. Not that I plan on picking one up anyway but it'd be a good booster product.

Meh, no concern of mine. I got my Tyranid Detachment and some cool new formations. I'm happy
