Hey everyone,
I was thinking that it would be nice to have a sub forum on here for science fiction and fantasy novels.

I'm sure lots of people including myself would enjoy reading and recommending some novels that we enjoy. Pick think it would be pretty relevant as many of the topics on here have to do with fantasy and science fiction so why not a forum in here about novels.

What do you think? A possibility I hope

This is unlikely to happen as the Off-Topic sub-forum is presently adequate to host the interest level posters tend to show in non-40k sci fi novels and of course all the 40k stuff can be discussed in the 40k Background sub-forum.

Ah darn. Oh well was worth seeing if it was a possibility.

Its just that I don't know where I would post to suggest to people a great fantasy novel or sci fi novel.
I know there is the fiction section but I feel that is more for creating our own works and sharing ideas about creating new pieces to go with our games but not anything to do with published works.

Should I just post in that area though?

To be fair, the novel threads that end up in OT are often crowded off the front page in a day or two due to the flood of "Obama shoots policeman in the member" threads. There have been a few of them with at least as much interest as the average Mantic non-KS thread, but in OT they never have a chance to find their audience.
