I was thinking of running this list for a bit of fun as I like all of the units in here and figured that is the point of this hobby afterall isn't it?! Means buying a fair few new models but let me know what you guys think. I'll give a little bit of my thinking after the list too.

Forgefiend 175
(2x Hades Autocannon)

Forgefiend 175
(2x Hades Autocannon)

Total 350

Total Pts 1494

My idea was to tag the lord onto one of the biker squads and have both biker squads flank and maybe pop a vehicle or 2 before assaulting infantry. Cultists and CSM to sit on objectives in my half and provide covering fire. Forgefiends to sit back on my side of the board in cover, pop vehicles and pop shots at high priority targets. Heldrake to fly around and cause madness, mainly anti infantry. Terminators to deep strike in and tie up a high value unit for a turn or 2 leaving me to wipe out some opponent points and maybe even get a kill or 2. Sorcerer to sit back with my CSM/Cultists and buff my other units.

Anything you think would make the army better/more fun? I'm really looking for a list thats gonna be pretty fast at getting up the board and not really giving my opponent much time to do whatever he wants to as he will have to deal with my Chaos running up the table at him at full speed. I would like some Raptors in there maybe but not sure what I could drop to fit them in?

Yes!!

Two things:

1) you say the terminators are a distraction unit, but you are giving them an HQ to join them. I feel that makes them more of a death star (a weak one) than a cheap distraction unit. I'd toss him or change up his wargear and put him somewheres else.
2) You say your bikers are your flanking squads, but they are much, much more dangerous than your midfield units aka main force, and will draw pretty much all your opponents fire for the first 2 turns or so. I don't see anyone surviving except maybe the jugg lord.

Drop 1 cultist and upgrade your AoDG on your Lord to a Sigil of Corruption.

Other than that, I think you could do well with this and then make small tweaks to suit your meta.

Nice list, not spammy and you;ve used models you like, so well done to you, Sir.

Hello, thanks for your help again. Just to note, my plan was to have the sorcerer with my CSM or cultists to support my other units, no for him to join the terminators. I don't know what you think of this idea, maybe I could drop the termie armour and save myself 25pts if he isn't actually in a termie squad? I just figured if all the marines/cultists around him die it gives him a fair shot of surviving alone.

As for the bikers okay - I've never used bikers before so not sure how to make them work properly. I'll probably mess about with them and see what works best for me. If you think they are gonna die quickly would you suggest dropping the meltas? I doubt they are going to get far enough to pop vehicles if they are dead by the second turn afterall?

Okay - Will do that I was trying to get Sigil of Corruption in there but couldn't drop any points - I guess a single cultist is a small price to pay if it keeps my Lord alive one more turn!

Cheers - In terms of models I like the only ones I couldn't fit in were Raptors and a Daemon Prince. Will probably slip them in if I go to 2000pts but that will be a long time!

If you want your bikers to survive you gotta give them T6 with MoN

If you want to focus your bikers on being more an escort unit, don't take bikers, take spawn instead!

And certainly, yes you could save 25 points with the terminator armor

If I give my bikers MoN then I cannot have the Juggerlord with them right? Hmmm.. I guess I will just play them and see what works best.

I really like your list for two reasons. Variety of units from an aesthetic side and it seems like it's "your" list. You picked models you like and made up the list to suit yourself. That means you'll likely have more fun and be more fun to play against.

So here's my thoughts on your list. I'll restrict my comments to basically equipment/minor numbers comments.

1)I'm concerned with your lack of a Rhino for your marines. With only one marine squad as you follow up attack to your bikers, you'll find it hard to get them where they need to be without one. Plus it'll act as a bridge between your fast bikes and slower infantry. Also, I have glued, not magnetized, dozer blades to my Rhinos. I view my Rhinos as coming with it as standard equipment and voting 40 points base.
2)Your deep striking squad of 3 termis NEED combi weapons. For a squad that small which you intend to deep strike, it'll make them a threat instead of a nuisance.
3)Try to find 18 points to give your marines ccw, bolters and pistols. It makes them so much more effective.

If you drop one biker from each squad it'll cover the rhino and I'd either drop the terminator armour and a few cultists to make the other changes. Food for thought.
