All right guys. I just heard from a GW staff member in Stockholm, who said that the Emperor might make a cameo in the last End Times. I didn't believe him, but he showed me the pages where it seemed that characters from the 40k universe were making cameos in the Fantasy universe.
E.g.

As they swirled its many dials, a querulous voice spoke through the stone speakers. That voice, fair and clear caused the Skaven to bolt away. (Sounds like Eldar/Skaven mashup to me)

Araloth entered into the Realms of Chaos meeting a knight in silver armor who can shoot blue flames at demons (GK psy bolts?). Araloth completes his mission and sees the the knight wounded, saying he can never be killed.

Is this real? He said that the beastmen might come back into the 40k universe along with squats models (does anyone remember them anymore?) and cyber boars (Cheers for my Snakebites tribe!). But is this real or a sham? I would love to see a small scale 40k/fantasy mashup, but I'm a bit skeptical and worried about a huge mashup between the two universes... Idk how the emperor is going to appear in the last End times if he is going to appear (he's dead anyway (no offence, imperialist players)). What do you think?

I feel like there was another fairly radical rumour attributed to the GW guys in Stockholm?

No, nobody else has broached this AFAIK. Doesn't mean it's impossible, but it means it's unlikely to be any more than a little bit of fun in the text, certainly no rules or models to expect.

Yeah, its in Warhammer: Khaine. Its open to interpretation though, just as the story of the silver knight with super human abilities and such in the Daemons army book/codex that is finally seduced by Slaanesh is also Draigo, in some peoples minds.

The Skaven finding the communication device in the bowels of a Temple City are legit as well, Warhammer: Thanquol. Its also open to interpretation, as it could just be talking to Elves somewhere else in the world or some such. It can be Eldar if you want it to be.

The rest that a GW staff member told him is bunk.

If the Emperor did show up, it'd likely be a vision that they'd attribute to Sigmar anyway.

Maybe the Emperor will ride in on a plastic Thunderhawk?

Having been to GW Stockholm this year, rhe guys are nice hut absolutely out there. Like outer space. I remember my girlfriend took me there as she knows I like the plastic crack, and this employee swarms us both, especially her, as she was looking at Smaug and he nerds out over it in a loud tone over Smaug the stupendous. Also he had dreads. That is all I remember, aside from Christmas displays. Oh and he apologized that I couldn't come in and paint as most of the shoppers and I quote, "are hostile and are being made to buy this stuff as Christmas gifts, and that they don't want to be here. So painting in the store removes the professionalism needed at the holidays."

Lol. Last time I went as I was only in Sweden from December January.

But, Honestly it was the nicest GW I have ever seen. It was like a step back into 90s GW. Tables to play on, painting areas and lit display cases of Golden Daemon work. Fething beautiful terrain. Still got pounced on as soon as they saw my GF. Made me feel uncomfortable and wanted to ask if Swedish healthcare covered dental work.

But, as nice as those guys are... they are out there as I said before. All the salt on this one.

I often go there (is my local gw after all) and they do not seem to have any better idea then we have. Whatever they tell is only their own speculation they have. Even though the staff does not know (overheard them talking about it, the annoyance of the rumors) the manager does but he does not speak of what will happen to anyone.

I miss them so much. GW brought back weridboyz and the SAG now bring back the Cyboars!

Will not happen is my prediction. Would be pretty awesome though if it did.

For anyone reading this that is thinking "oh Far-Squeeker sounds like Farseer"... yes, but no.

The Far squeeker is a piece of skaven technology that is equivalent to a Telephone (both far squeeker and telephone essentially meaning distance noise [conveyor]).
