As for the OP, I don't think that anybody is surprised by this revelation. Anyone who wanted nuclear weapons before wants them now. And anybody who didn't want them before isn't going to suddenly change their views based on information that they unofficially have known for decades.

Think part of the current negotiation is for Iran to keep 6K Centrifuge from 12K Centrifuge they have currently

So I've actually gone through this now and reviewed the website. Does the author realize that that isn't a policy paper? Or endorsed by the U.S. government at all? They have a very interesting narrative slant over all as well across their website.

Yeah. The current Israel PM has kind of been making a fool of himself the past few months. Mossad already is abound in rumors to sorely dislike him, his political rivals hate him for collapsing the coalition government, and his own party is kind of fed up with his antics. Netanyahu has burned just about every bridge along the political river.

Oh no, they're are allies so its okay. Just like how they funnel american military tech and software over to China, but its okay because they're our ally, in fact, they're such good allies with us, they let us give them free F-35s, completely on the American taxpayers dime, free of charge to them, because thats what a good ally is... someone you give free military hardware to after they spy on you, steal state secrets, and then sell it to the Chinese.

The declassification of their nuke program happened a month and a half ago, not "days after the election".

Has Israel's intelligence program, or even our own intelligence pogram on our allies, previously been given to political opponents of our allied administrations?

I'm no fan of spying on our allies, and you won't hear me defending it. But did the US spoon feed what we learned from Merkel's cell phone to the SPD? Interfering in our allies internal politics is on a whole other level than "just" spying on them.

No, I'm pointing out what is being complained about didn't happen in a vacuum and in in fact the latest action in a linked, related series of actions. If person A goes up and punches person B in the face, and then person B punches person A in the face, and person C comes up and goes "why does person B always have to be such a jerk", it seems salient.

I have to ask, because I can't find one, is there a major US news agency running with this? I see the article on Israeli National News that whembly linked, on Breitbart, and a few other ... less than reputable sites, but freakin MMO-Champ and a site called "HotAir.com" come up in page one without anything like BBC or Al Jazeera or even Fox.

The Forward reported that the report was released following a Freedom of Information Act application three years ago by American journalist Grant Smith, an outspoken Israel critic.

Due to the long wait time following his application, Smith followed up with a lawsuit. A D.C. judge compelled the Pentagon to address his request, the Forward reported.

So the narrative that the Obama administration was upset about Netenyahu's speech to congress doesn't seem to fit the reality that the report was requested 3 years ago, and was released weeks before the speech actually happened.
