I'm working on a flier for an upcoming event, and I want to have a 40k sayings that a Sargent, or Inquisitor, or Commissar or some other commander might quote to a group of imperial guardsman along the lines of: "Think always of the Emperor and keep your mind free of Heresy."

Here is an early rough draft so you understand the nature of the joke.
Spoiler:

"flaccid" may become "Get Hard" or "stiffen" or something like that.

And the current plan is to replace the guardsman with a bunch that have comically drooping barrels.

"Look after your wargear, and it will look after you"

"Don the Armor of Contempt, which is steadfast faith in the Emperor, and the heresies of the Enemy cannot touch you."

"The enemy believes that his gods are on his side. Let him think what he will, we have the tanks on ours."

"No man who died for the Emperor has died in vain."

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

"Men, I am not ordering you to attack. I am ordering you to die. In the time that it takes us to die, other forces and commanders can come and take our place."

Perhaps not technically a Marine Chapter anymore, but the Flame Falcons would be pretty creepy to fight.

"Boss, we waz out lookin' for grub when some of them Spice Marines showed up and shot all the lads."

"Right. Well, did you at least use the burnas?"

"We tried, but the gits was already on fire."
