7,300+ backers and 1.07M already - this thing is an out of control runaway juggernaut train!

I thought the 'fantasy' theme would be popular - just not *this* popular!

And people scoffed at the idea that this could beat Conan...

Almost 1/3 of Conan's total in the first 18 hours, with almost a month left to run.

And we haven't even seen any add ons yet.

Edit: Backer count is also impressive. Almost half of Conan's total already.

That Abominotaur looks fantastic.

It must be a render, surely? I have serious doubts that such fine detail can be transferred to PVC.

Their latest PVC stuff for Blood Rage is amazing. This should be at least as good.

My other half decided we should pledge. I had to look twice when I saw where their total stood. Crazy stuff.

Yes, CMON are certainly improving their PVC casting, I'm looking forward to Blood Rage arriving myself.

But some of the detail on that Mino doesn't look possible at 28mm scale, unless I have misjudged the size?

Each season of Zombicide has consistantly out performed the previous.

It is funny though, I remember how "out of control" season 1 was at the time. No one could believe how successful it was back then. Now, ZBP has it's total beat in the first 24 hours, without any paid add-ons.

Unrelated, someone has already converted a ton of the regular zombicide dashboards to ZBP style

Just cleared the newest stretch. And the average per backer is still only $146 which is nuts.

That's a VERY good point!

How unbelievable is it that, to date, there are NO PAID ADD-ONs yet!

Everything is 'included' at the base pledge - everything!

Seems CMON has really done their homework this time - but then that's to be expected.

They've really 'figured out' KS to a degree that few other tabletop game companies have...

OH-I Wanna get out of here

I think we can expect to see the paid add ons in the slow part in the middle to help the numbers ticking and then more free stuff at the end to push those on the fence over the edge.

Unless they are deliberately trying to keep this small and managable, I'm sure we'll see at least 10 add-ons.

Dice in 2 colors
Floor tiles
Walk of the Dead Zombie Boxes
Zombie Wolf boxes
Whatever box the Minotaur is coming in.

Some crazy stuff here, I was about to pledge myself on the 100$ level just for kicks, -then noticed shipping was 70$ for Greece, no chance for that ever happening, lol...-.
For USA, Germany and Canada it's really worth it however. Ahh... the power of crowdfunding! :-)

I'm wondering if the runaway success of this KS will have any real impact on what pledgers actually receive when it's over. There's a long way to go yet, but let's say this continues to far outpace all previous Zombicide KS campaigns. Does that mean that at the end, backers will receive correspondingly more loot for their pledges? I.e., some of CMON's record-breaking success trickles down to the backers? Or will wider stretch goal strategies slow the pace of new stuff to the point that Black Plague ends up delivering about the same amount of product to backers as Z3, regardless of the final total?

Wow...

Zombicide season 1, day 1: $4,461
Zombicide season 2, day 1: $448,377
Zombicide season 3, day 1: $458,797
Zombicide Black Plague, day 1: $888,514 (per kicktraq, as I think they use a hour-of-the-day cutoff, rather than a 24 hours cut off - we're currently at $1.1 million with 3+ hours to go before 24 hours)

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

A Thrudd add-on is genius. The kind of thing GW used to do but would never, ever do again.

Existing large number of Zombicide fans, plus a potentially much larger pool of fantasy fans and an unlimited number of fantasy tropes to play with = out of control runaway juggernaut train!

I'm seriously impressed. This looks to break $3M at the close.

The fantasy theme is just a lot more characterful than moderns. Werewolves, minotaurs, etc. are more distinctive than mere people. Dwarves, etc. spice up the heroes. It's just a richer setting than ordinary humans.

Which ones - did I miss them! A decent Valeria wopuld be pretty cool - some princesses and the like to rescued from the zombie horde would also be fun (ok some hunky guys as well to keep it balanced)

In the box with Thrudd: "not" versions of Valeria, the wizard and Thulsa Doom.

The past Zombicide Kickstarters settled into a pattern of alternating freebies and add-on stretch goals.

Basically, each add-on payed for the next freebie, and some of the add-ons will be less epic.

Additional Alternate Sculpts for Walker Zombies
4 additional zombies of the new sculpt added
Additional Alternate Sculpts for Runner Zombies
2 additional zombies of the new sculpt added
Additional Alternate Sculpts for Fatty Zombies
4 additional zombies of the new sculpt added
Additional Alternate Sculpts for Abomination
1 additional Abomination of the new sculpt added
Spawn Cards for additional zombies
Zombicide Black Plague Android/Apple App

Ah the Black Current etc - yeah saw them and added enought o get it as an add on.

Not use Persephone is Valeria - wasn;t she the "She-wilderbeast" IIRC

The "not" Elric would be pretty awesome as well

What a start!

Hmh, I hope they'll do a set of all the Undead church-type zombies as add-ons/for retail. My Word Bearers sure could use some of those.

IF not, I'll have to throw in my 1$ and get this later on. Would rule out getting NInja All Stars. Hmh.

Looking for a Skaven Doomwheel banner to repair my Nurgle knights.
