As stated.

I'd really like to hear more about Anghkor Prok. The greatest kroot who ever lived according to the kroot. He was the one who convinced the tau to help the kroot, and the one who made the kroot's current way of living.

Yours is a good one. But my vote will go Confessor Dolan Chirosius. When the apostate Cardinal Bucharis was carving his own separatist dictatorship, Dolan Chirosius came and turn, with only his speeches, all the civilian population into an army of kamikaze (self-)destruction that lead to Bucharis downfall.

Oh man he was awesome, love all that age of apostasy era stuff!
I'd like to see more about some imperial guard heroes, like macharius and the named characters.
Also, can't ever go wrong with more members of the mechanicum, always have interesting stories and characters.

Basically would like to avoid more cookie cutter space marines, and of more marines, delve into less character filled chapters (iron hands, raven guard, black Templars)

Anghor Prok didn't really convince the Tau to do anything, I'm pretty sure it was an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" deal and the Tau just started kicking greenskin toosh before even talking to the Kroot.

I would love some more info on my boy Anghor though! too bad he's more than likely dead by M41… But I would rather see Duke Sliscus reappear and start taking names, he is definitely one of GW's best character

Asdrubael Vect. He is arguably the most influential mortal in alive who keeps an entire race of back stabbing duplicitous double dealers in check. I think they should flesh him out a lot more in character and fluff, and while we got a little of him in Path of the Archon, more would be appreciated.

And a model. Give him a god dam model.

I know you said person, but I'd really like to see Dark Angels stuff written by Dan Abnett instead of Gav Thorpe.

I'd also like to see more written about the various Necron characters. I liked that they gave Anrakyr the Traveller a good chunk in the Shield of Baal: Exterminatus book.

I'd like to see a bit more info on M'kar. pretty sure he's just a matt ward creation who thus exists to have his ass kicked to show off how awesome *insert whatever codex he was writing at the time here* but as a result the guy's become somewhat prominant in the background. I'd love to see a semi-decent writer take all the little leavings ward ahs left behind and manage to make it into a cohesive whole (especially as there are some "dating irregularites" as he basicly appers and is banished in two seperate places in the year M.41 999)

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Maugan Ra and Ahriman, please.

Maugan's always doing some crazy crap in the background, like defeating an entire splinter hive fleet by himself or going into the Eye of Terror and bringing his craftworld back out with him, and we never hear any details about how the heck it happened. There are some crazy stories there, that could be really awesome in the hands of a good writer. Just DON'T give them to somebody like Ward, or it will just become yet another Mary Sue tale.

And Ahriman is such an interesting character every time he makes an appearance, which is, sadly, quite rare. Thoughtful, reserved, even polite, and just a very different kind of villain from the stereotypical Chaos Space Marine.

I vote Kharne the Betrayer.

In addition to being one hell of a guy he's the ballsiest space marine in existence and probably the only Khorne Beserker who can be reasoned with (from a distance). He's so good at being Khorne's avatar he's been kicked out of their new codex for spilling everyone's blood.

Also I'd like to hear more about Colonel Stracken. His brief background pins him as the toughest human to ever exist. He bit the shark that tore his arm off to death, his balls must exert their gravitational field because of how awesome he is. Seriously, TELL ME MORE!

I don't think Kharn can be reasoned with at all... He's the epitome of a Khorne beserker. You should read Betrayer though, it has a lot about him before he turned to Khorne, and he's an excellent character in that novel, I was actually gutted at the end when I realised soon he'd be a mindless beserker.

So instead I'll just say Ferik Jurgen. Let's be honest, you'd totally read a romance starring Jurgen out of sheer mind boggled curiosity. And to see who or what he romances.

More information on other Ork warlords with real potential like Wazdakka and Nazdreg, it would be awesome to see how Wazdakka would try and build an interdimensional highway in the warp to travel across the galaxy in a non-stop WAAAGH!. For Nazdreg, it would be cool to see his brains compared to Ghazghkull's greater emphasis on brawn, especially since he was one of the few Ork sharpshooters (BS4 I believe) the last time he was in a book. Plus his meks were the ones responsible for tellyportas so he's not a small character by any means.

Other than that, probably Constantin Valdor, we haven't gotten much into the head of the Custodian Guard.

Do we need more than that? He comes, kills you takes your skull. That is inferred because of all the skulls. No one knows because anyone that sees him is killed and presumably their skull is taken. Anyone else is a khorne worshiper so garbled screaming is not exactly the best way to get your information on the skulltaker.

TL;DR
Skulltaker, he takes skulls, not much to flesh out.

I see your generic superhero story Craftworld witch and raise you Lady Malys, who is significantly more badass, and doesn't need a too-too tragic backstory, psychic powers or a magic phallus she didn't even build herself to pull it off. As for 'strong, independent women', you don't get much more independent than manipulating Asdrubael Vect into being your minion for decades.

If not Malys, though, then Prok is a good second. It always annoyed me that my brother got the model but I was the one who wanted to start a Kroot army!
