It'll really help out the Eldar with how underpowered they are.

Why stop there, go the Macro cannon or go home. Attach farseer for perfect timing shenanigans as a bonus. Dark Reaper exarch is the man with fast shot IIRC.

Imperial assassin comes with better BS, ignores cover and -2 to LOS rolls though.

Cipher is also an option, since he literally can't miss with BS10.

Fire Dragon Exarchs also have it, IIRC.

The Macro cannon does cost 305pts more though, an obliterator doesn't gimp the rest of your list.. Missing isn't too much of an issue with a mega blast. So it comes down to whether to take the vindicare for ignores cover due to spy mask or a fragon/DR exarch for 2 shots. I think I'd usually prefer the 2 shots.

Dark Reaper Exarch IMO, While he does not ignore all cover, the Reaper Rangefinder allows him to ignore jink saves.

On the plasma obliterator (see the start of the thread) the template would scatter 2D6" -10".
With the size of the template, you cannot miss.

A Sisters of Battle Dominion squad could ignore cover for up to 2-3 turns, but I can't help but feel like this would be a poor use for the points/slot.

St. Celestine could hang out in a Plasma obliterator since you can now assault out of buildings and use her BS7 for something. (She has a flamer and grenades, no gun... so I guess she has BS7 for the lulz?)

She can throw her krak grenade at single enemies, or at a multiwound T3 enemy standing at the front. Not something that would come up often, but it can be useful on rare occassions.

Not sure if Celestine could man it though since she's jump infantry. If she can, it might be worth taking some seraphim (let's be honest, if you're taking celestine, you're almost certainly taking 1 squad anyway) and have them use their act of faith to gain shred too.

I'm definitely liking the DR exarch best. 2 shots and ignores jink... bye bye jetbikes!
