Did they have an exp. 4 planned before?

Yes, early on they let slip that they had 5 expansions planned.

They also "let slip" they had SG up to $5.2m.

On both points, they were quite plain they never expected to unlock everything and only had more planned just in case.

LoL, well thanks to a timely birthday and my wife's insistance that she NEEDS that 5 headed dragon I'm in for 400- and will probably go higher by the end. This is an awesome ride.

Paint A: I haven't found a good answer. Paints look good for advanced techniques, or if you don't have any premade washes.

Paint B: Very solid set if you don't already have the colors. I find it useful to have two shades or a triad of each color. I prefer the Tanned Skin triad to Rosy Skin. I only use Rosy Skin for females inside towers and elves.

They have a Dagon! It has 3 tales, and it's strange geometry may only be captured by video.

How big is that Dagon that it'd be $20???

The dragon in the same update is 9" foot to head. I'd assumed Dagon is between 8" to a foot in length.

We'll know more once Sir Forscale plunges into the deep to wrassle it.

The Graveyard and Mythos expansions have just made all my future Call of Cthulhu campaigns easier to run... and I won't lie... even as a designer on Strange Aeons, i'll probably be playing it with the Bones stuff as the value is probably triple or more what Uncle Mike can offer.

And those Lovecraftian "bosses"... hnnnggggg.....

I think I saw that the body and tails are each 120mm on the Dagon but it's curled.. so that would be about 9.5" curled? I think DnD minis use 7" bases for Colossal sized figures (IIRC) so it seems about right if that's the size they're supposed to be.

Dagon is pretty fething dope! I'll be annoyed if we don't reach him because they threw in dragon #427 in an earlier slot. If we reach him, he's going on the Deep Wars shelf.

I'm also surprised we havent seen things like flaming/ice weapons in clear bonesium. The weapon packs are neat enoguh, but pretty mundane to high level fantasy weapons.

Thanks, trying to buy some paints to build my stock up and noticed how cheap they are currently, currently just have the two sets from bones two and i have about $200 worth of figures to paint from that kickstarter still.

Anything 5" and over is colossal, there's no upper limit on that size category. The colossal red from WOTC was actually on an 8" x 8" base. I just measured mine, and in the process found my lost tiny pin vise behind it! So thanks for helping me find that sucker, I'd been tearing up my office for a few days trying to find it lol.

Those Savage Avatars look fun.

Shame there's no reptiles in the set other than the one the monkey is wearing.

May have to grab Dagon as well.

I wish we'd seen more of this kind of stuff earlier on, but at least it's there now.

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Does anyone know how long the pledge manager will be open?

I put in $100 for the core set and want to add more, but can't right away, so a bit more time would be nice.

Armies: Space Marines, IG, Tyranids, Eldar, Necrons, Orks, Dark Eldar.

Thanks, that's good to know as I want the dragons and big gun as well as the larger monsters etc.

I don't have many dragons in my collection and this is a great way to get them!

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I am looking at save and buy for a good while yet. I cant currently afford this and I feel I hav pledged for a debt. I put down $100 and my bank can handle that of course, but shipping and tax is all ahead, compounded by the fact that I want may more than $100. I am counting on having the time to refresh my gaming budget, possibly multiple times before the pledge payment deadline ends. When all is said and done all as a fair estimate all this will be costing me the dollar price in pounds.

For someone who runs a zero float hobby balance .i.e if I dont have the cash in my gaming budget I dont buy, no matter the deal. This is getting into unknown waters.

Bills and general living expenses have to come first unfortunately.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

There's a wave 2 shipping available now, I just dropped my pledge. Really not feeling the base level this time around, just gonna wait for retail and pick up the stuff I want. Actually I dropped to a $1 pledge so I can go back with the manager if I decide to, but I figured I'd clear up the wave 2 for somebody else that'll want it more
