Bare minimum I'll be confusing a GW Customer Service Rep, or giving them a chuckle... but at least it helps me vent my frustrations.

I must speak to you of a matter of great import: The temple's hallowed halls are lacking these days for servants of the Holy Throne of the God Emperor - lacking in the Sisters of the Adepta Sororitas. They seem to have been forsaken in the Throne's latest endeavors - ill-equipped, outmatched, out-gunned.

I think team fortress 2 has a lot of choice when it comes to headgear.

So basically GW hasn't done anything yet.

Team Fortress 2 (a PC shooter made by valve) is free to play, yet people spend literally hundreds of dollars buying new hats for their character from valve. Literally, I'm talking buying a virtual hat, and people just go nuts over them. I won't lie, I play a lot of TF2 and I've spent a decent bit on hats

CS doesn't have any info to give even if they wanted to.

Yeah, it would have shown a good sense of humour and that they appreciate our feedback. Even if it was just to tell us not to hold our breaths.

That's not a 'because'. They could have responded in kind if they had wanted to. They didn't not respond in time because they send a template email, they didn't respond in kind because they chose not to.
