Well just for poops and giggles i sent an email about the subject above. Here is my email the responses i got and my personal over-analysis.
My Email:
To uk.custserv@gwplc.com May 27 at 5:07 PM
Is there any sort of schedule for when the Sisters of battle will get renewed? Can you even give a year as to when they might be renewed or admit that you have no plans what so ever to renew them? Honestly i have set aside 2 thousand dollars so i can buy some sisters of battle but i don't want to buy anything if there is a new codex right around the corner. Thank you for taking time out of your day to give me an automated email response.
Their 1st Response:
Many thanks for your recent email. We will aim to reply to your email by the end of the next working day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays), however, during busier times it may take a little longer. If your query is urgent, please contact us on the number below.
Their 2nd response:
Hi there!
Thank you for your email. I'm afraid that at the moment we do not have any information about the Sisters of Battle - all I can recommend doing at this time is keeping an eye on the webstore and White Dwarf as all re-releases and new products are advertised on there first.
I'm sorry I cannot be of more help this time,
Sophie
My over-analysis: WARNING OVER ANALYSIS. NOT A RUMOR FACTORY.
Two things stand out to me about their responses. One, they did not send me an pre-recorded email. When i sent them similar emails they always sent me the same automated response. Two is tacked onto Reason one. If they wanted to prove that they were not just sending auto responses they would have just copy and pasted a name onto their canned response.
If (thats one big IF) those two things are correct then it would stand to reason that it is odd that the responder is referencing the store and white dwarf. From there it is only a madman's jump to the conclusion that those references are an indication to keep watching the webstore and White dwarf because something might happen soon.
LAST TIME. I AM NOT TRYING TO START RUMORS. THIS IS MY OVER ANALYSIS. Enjoy

There is a topic about this back about four pages at the moment-
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/648537.page
The gist is this is basically a canned response, repeated in slightly variable forms for a number of years now.

Yeah, I hate being the downer, I personally would love to see Sisters get a glorious return. I just don't think it's going to happen any time soon, but if it does, we'll probably only know one week in advance.

What they're wanting you to see is something that you hadn't really considered buying but, since you're not dropping $90 on a blister of Sisters, why not drop $130 on that fancy tank?

Sophie do not know anything more than us about Sisters. Sophie's bosses told her to tell people to look at WD and the webstore when people ask for ANY new release for ANY army. Because she wants to keep her job, she does so.

As someone who's been reading between the lines of IMs, posts, emails, and whatnot for years...Sophie either has no idea, or sisters isn't even a thought.
Now I can start rumors too!
In all seriousness, trying to read between the lines on a response like that is silly, there's nothing between the lines to read. People need to stop trying to wish a sisters release into existence, it's been the same old stories and wishes since I got on dakka a couple years ago.

Here's the words between the lines: GW doesn't care about Sisters.
Maybe when they're deciding between Squats and Sisters, Kirby and Krew will begrudgingly choose Sisters. Maybe. They might just invent a whole new race instead!

I have read these over and over again.
I'll explain for those that don't understand GW. GW Board of Executives have not at this stage commission a 2nd plastic army, since the pin was pulled on the first plastic army in August 2012
GW had scheduled a Sisters release in March 2013 but was as explained canned in August 2012, the person that canned the Sisters Army was Tom Kirby, as far as he was concerned there would be no Female Space Marines as Sisters would be
also at this point in time the current GW regime of the Board of Executives are still running on Tom Kirby's agenda and will be for the next two years at least, so no commissioning of a Sisters Army for the next two years and then if they did commission an Army
then it will be a further 18 months to two years after that. So no Sisters for the next 5 years at least.

Does it rhyme with "Pat Board"?
Raging Heroes already drank that milkshake, and GW's got no one to blame but themselves. There's new and much better sisters models coming out, any release by GW would be redundant and probably inferior.

Out of the three big Imperial armies (SOB, SM, IG), the Soriitas are the most interesting and unique and easily defendable copyright. Warrior Space Nuns is pretty unique when you stack them up against "an army guy" and "man in space armor." I always wonder why they don't push Sisters because of that. But GW's business decisions are always insane and nonsensical.

Hum, no. Only their terminator equivalents have decent armor. So if GW can come up with something good, they will no doubt beat them.

Suppose you were in her place. You have no idea if Sisters are going to be released soon because no-one ever tells you anything about potential new release. You have a canned answer available. You have a ton of other e-mails you need to answer today. What answer would you have written?
For all we know, she is a really passionate 40k player that just happens to work at GW's customer service.

i feel this must be restated multiple times just for clarity's sake. (I'm looking at you "troa", "Hybrid son of Oxayotl", and "Pslenesis") THIS IS OVERANALYZED BY A NON-PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR. I KNOW GW PROBABLY WONT REINVEST IN THE SISTERS ARMY FOR ANOTHER 100+ YEARS ALL THEORIES I HAVE ARE FOR FUN, DAYDREAMING, AND DILLUSIONS. Please let anybody who wants to daydream and over analyze anything here, do so in peace. I think we all know that any over-analyzations here are on par with illuminati conspiracies. Unreliable at best and laughable at worst. But still it is fun to dream. But if what "Achaylus 72" said is true then we don't have to worry because by then Raging Heroes will have come out with a shipping option that doesn't take a year. By then all ill be waiting for is a codex (digital or otherwise

Aye, that's a good point. Space Marines have appeared in any number of scifi settings, and Imperial Guard can't exactly be called a GW invention either (which is probably why they changed the Codex to AM).
But marines are easy to make - I bet it's the GW product with the best profit margins of all. You can build any Chapter with mostly the same kits, and then buy a few specific things to spice them up. When in doubt release a new marine kit.
