Well assuming you mean 7th, I'd think they will be in it since they were in 6th. Nowadays GW just copy-paste most of the fluff sections into the new dex, with occasional rewrites in it. In 6th the BluhdRehvehns was mentioned in the Unknown Foundings section (p73), alongside the Exorcists (of whom both progenitors "are known only to the highest-ranking members of the Ordo Malleus, if at all.")

Personally, I don't see why they actually need a Chapter Tactics for themselves: for the most part, they are codex-compliant. They have the exact same company structures as any other codex chapter, 1st Company Honor Guards, etc. Even before Black Templar is in the SM codex, the BluhdRehvehns are still amongst the some of the most codex-adherent chapters (some of the codex-compliant first founding chapters got hierarchy that stride away from the Codex, Salamanders got only 7 companies, the Iron Hands got a sort of a inner-circle kind of chapter council instead of a chapter master, etc)

They are only ever said to have an usually high number of Librarians, which is at most a cause for concern. They don't have psyker combat squads, their Librarian is an independent character, they use Librarians the same way any other Codex Chapters uses them: record keeping, telepathigraphs and zapping with lightning. I suppose they can use a Veteran Marine HQ because the Force Commander, then again, DOWII is set after Kaurava which cost the Chapter at least half its number, normally they would still use a Captain instead, I think.

Edit: Well now that I've actually thought about it, I suppose they do have a Chief Librarian for a their Chapter Master. Well you can just take a ML2 librarian for that; besides, if the DOWII ending is a combination of the Loyalists and Craftworld Eldars, Gabriel Angelos would have been made a Cybrog Non-psyker Chapter Master. So that'd work too.

Well the Blood Ravens are mentioned in the new Space Marines Codex.

Page 189 Successor Chapters; "If you wish to use a chapter which does not have a clear Founding Chapter (Such as the Blood Ravens, whose origins are shrouded in mystery), choose a set of Chapter Tactics that seem most appropriate."

So there you are, at least acknowledged in print in the new codex and given the flexibility to use what ever chapter tactics and formations in Codex Space Marines you like.

That should be the BR's Chapter Tactics:

"Recovered" Relics

During the initial deployment phase, roll 1d6 and consult the chart below. One of the Scouts has managed to recover the indicated Chapter Tactics from the battlefield. Use these Chapter Tactics for the entirety of this battle.

Following that is a list of 6 charts, each containing the Chapter Tactics/Orders/Doctrines of 6 other factions per chart.

So, the BR might play like UM. Or IG. Or World-Eaters. Or Dark Eldar. Or the Sisters of Battle.

That game was so much fun. Picked up a copy of 2 the other day, but it was a steam copy. Wasted an entire afternoon setting up steam only to find out 2nd hand games are a no go.

Good thing I kept the receipt!

What kind of CTs would Blood Angels have? Hmmm... Let's go with their DoW persona...

Objective Taken!: All Blood Angels troops have their ObSec replaced with this rule, when ObSec applies. When a Blood Angels model with this rule moves within 3" of an objective that is uncontrolled they automatically take that objective and the objective is considered "Taken!". An objective that is claimed in this way will remain Taken! even if the Blood Angels model moves away from the objective and for all game purposes is considered to be held by the Blood Angels player. Enemy troops that have ObSec are treated as not having ObSec when contesting an objective held by a unit with this rule. Any scoring unit from the enemy army that wishes to take an objective that is Taken! must first pass a leadership test in order to secure the objective. If the test is failed the objective is not scored and the objective is still considered to be Taken!, the Blood Angels have simply poured too much glory on this spot for it to fall so easily!

Fiery Rain of Falling Steel: Blood Angels players may choose to use all their Drop Pods in a Drop Pod Assault instead of just half. Also Blood Angels players may choose to hold all their Drop Pods in reserves, rolling a single dice for all the Pods. However the roll needed for reserves is 5+ and is unmodifiable. If the player chooses this method to deploy their Drop Pods then they do not automatically arrive on turn 4, instead they arrive on turn 5.

Taken directly from the DoW 1 intro video! Lol

My Blood Ravens are sometimes Blood Angels and sometimes Ultramarines. It all depends on what kind of army I want to run these days.

I like the Sanguinary Guard, so I field them in red armor and black wings, and call them "Squad of Unkindness". I also really like Blood Talons on a Dreadnaught, and of course Astro-Boi and his "Bro's" in a Stormraven like to make an appearance now and then. The best unit though, was Tycho "I'm not insane yet!" and his Band of Brothers in a Drop Pod.

Since the new BA Codex though, I've been fielding a lot of Markus Cutter in his ancient, and resplendent Tactical Dreadnaught Armor wielding his dual fists of "Ticki" and "Torch", and his Centurian Bro's "Yo, I heard you like Space Muh-rens so we put Space Muh-Rens in yo Space Muh-Rens Dawg!" All I need to do now is get them a slammed Cadillac with spinners and a boomin' sound system for transport.

Because these chapter tactics would be of their unknown founding legion. Since we do not know about those, we can extrapolate the Blood Ravens to be the only known faction observing them.

GW really missed the boat on tying in with their online prescence. Had I been in charge of the marketing department they don't seem to have, i'd have done a ton of interface. There'd have been a space marine in the DOW2 box, and special BR units and rules to buy. Every in game character would get a limited run model. And I'd have done the same for Space Marine and the other video games.

Why would you waste a perfect opportunity to attract new customers? Getting people to know about your product is 90% of the work in advertising.
