It's ok to admit you can't stand the thought of not being out from under the crown
Is this your 2nd 4th? If so, you've got... what... 4 or 5 more 4ths before applying for citizenship?
Make it a big pawty!
Lets see, I was here for July 4th 2011 (I proposed the week before)
July 4th 2012 I hadn't moved over yet
July 4th 2013
July 4th 2014
July 4th 2015
So this is number 4 for me. I need to check the timeline, but if I recall correctly I can start applying for citizenship sooner because my wife is American.
Just having a few drinks here, it being a Saturday night in the UK, so I'll gladly toast our cousins across the Atlantic
Still can't forgive you for Anne Coulter or Jar Jar Binks, though
And one final question America. You are the only country that writes dates as Month/Day/Year!!!
Everybody, and I mean everybody, does Day/Month Year!!
Why do you do this? Why? It's so annoying!! Why?
WHYYYYYYYYY?

But it really comes down to how we say dates, we say July 4th, 2015, where as you guys seem to say 4th of July, 2015.
The Chinese write it as Day/Month/Year.

Well in a similar sentiment to this;
Of my god that picture made me laugh. Hope everyone enjoyed the 4th I know I did.
As far as the day /month/yeargoes. Here's a fun jig to do to us. Write the date the way you do, but make sure the day is more than twelve. You'll laugh as we quickly realized there is only 12 months and then get very confused

And they'll mess back by giving you a F for doing that

I'd never tried root beer before, but I tried it at the weekend in honour of the US's day and I quite liked it!
It not what I expected at all, it tastes like cough medicine or something.
The US, IMO has the best current fantasy writers. Patrick Rothfuss, Peter V Brett and Brandon Sanderson.
So here's to the US who are basically alright
One day I will visit the you but flying there is too expensive to justify at the moment

The stuff I had, had a big American flag on it and tasted like cough candy/medicine that's all I can tell you
I liked it, but it did seem slightly unnatural considering the wholesome image I've had of it.

Don't you find it slightly ironic that the u.s fought to get away from having an unelected monarchy to now electing themselves a president between about 3 families for roughly the last 40 years?? Are you all regretting your treachery and trying to establish a monarchy of your own but just taking a while deciding which family to go for!?

In the last 40 years we have had the following Presidents;
- Gerard Ford
- Jimmy Carter
- Ronald Reagan
- George HW Bush
- Bill Clinton
- George W Bush
- Barrack Obama
By my count that is a little more than three families
Yea root beer doesn't taste like cough medicine. i don't get that.
IBC root beer in a bottle is excellent

Fellow UK brethren, try and find some root beer, taste it, then report back!
