So how come she didn't get an award for transitioning to a he?

Wowsers.

And Randy Quaid has never come out of the deep end....he has always swam there.

I destroy my enemies when I make them my friends.

Mostly grand theft, felony vandalism, drink driving, resisting arrest and battery against a police officer. As well as struggling with an alcohol addiction.

Speaking of Randy Quaid...

MONTREAL – American actor Randy Quaid has been arrested again and is scheduled to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board in Montreal on Thursday.

The circumstances behind the arrest — his second in Montreal this year — are unclear, but his wife tweeted late Tuesday that her husband had been detained.

Immigration and Refugee Board spokesman Robert Gervais confirmed that Quaid will have a detention review hearing before a commissioner on Thursday afternoon.

A Canada Border Services Agency spokeswoman was unable to provide any further details.

Quaid and his Canadian wife fled north of the border in 2010, saying they were the victims of persecution.

The couple have sought to stay in Canada and have said they were being hunted by “Hollywood star-whackers,” but their arrival in this country came as they faced a number of legal problems in the United States.

Quaid has been living in Montreal since January 2013 and was released after his most recent arrest. He had to post $10,000 bail and respect a host of other conditions that included checking in with border-agency officials every two weeks.

After arriving in Canada in 2010, the Quaids lived in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa before moving to Montreal.

The actor’s bid for permanent residency in Canada was denied in late 2012.

Aaaaaand here we go again. Seems like LaBeouf just can't catch a break.

http://www.eonline.com/news/705179/shia-labeouf-arrested-outside-of-a-bar-in-texas?cmpid=rss-000000-rssfeed-365-topstories&utm_source=eonline&utm_medium=rssfeeds&utm_campaign=rss_topstories

Bruna Nessif wrote:Shia LaBeouf Arrested for Public Intoxication Outside of a Bar in Texas: See His Mug Shot

Shia LaBeouf got himself into trouble again.

The actor was arrested on Friday at around 7:30 p.m. outside of a bar on 6th Street in Austin, Texas, and charged with public intoxication, the Austin Police Department said in a statement obtained by E! News. It released a mug shot, which shows the actor sporting mustache and scruffy beard and wearing a blue T-shirt.

LaBeouf, who was in town for the Austin City Limits music festival, ran down the street and jaywalked in front of police, according to TMZ, who first reported the story, and officers gave the celeb a warning not to do it again.

Apparently, Shia didn't listen, and his antics caused authorities to put handcuffs on him and take him in. E! News has reached out to LaBeouf's rep for comment.

Shia's arrest quickly made it's way to the Twittersphere as locals who were also out at the bars tonight snapped photos and took videos of the 29-year-old being restrained by police.

LaBeouf has had a rocky couple of years, having been arrested for disrupting a performance of Cabaret and putting on a tear-filled performance art exhibit at a Los Angeles gallery. He later admitted he was going through an "existential crisis."

Most recently, the former child star got into a huge fight with ex-girlfriend Mia Goth in Germany back in July, and admitted he was afraid he "would have killed her."

In the video, obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the couple is seen yelling at each other outside of a taxicab near a hotel, where the 29-year-old actor can be heard threatening to get physical with his then-girlfriend. "I don't wanna touch you. I don't wanna be aggressive. This is the kind of s--t that makes a person abusive," LaBeouf told Goth.

The video then cuts to LaBeouf driving away with the group of people he met, backpack in tow. Even though he was seen putting his hands up as Goth approached him earlier, it seems that had he stayed the fight might have escalated into something further as he tells the people in the car, "If I'd have stayed there, I would have killed her."

I don't think anyone is surprised (or cares) about what Shia does. He's a crappy actor and a crappy human being.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

A victim of his own fame. Stereotypical child actor. Does well as a kid, has reasonable success and goes on a path of self-destructive behaviour later.

Except he sucked in Transformers and he was abysmal in that test shot I saw of Indiana Jones 4. The trailer made me sick. So glad it ended up being cancelled.

I would consider those performances more a result of the script, because he was stellar in Fury.

In any case, this thread further confirms that South Park is right entirely too often.

But...that's what you do on 6th street in Austin, Texas on Fridays. You walk from bar to bar, listening to the bands, having a beer (two if the band is good), and walk back to your hotel.

That's like arresting a guy for whipping out his Willie Wonka at an adult theater...

The Beef tends to be far better in smaller movies or as a supporting character (see Fury or Battle of Shaker Heights) , it is just that when Hollywood decided to try and make him a marquee star (Transformers, Indiana Jones 4) it just didn't fit. You can't make someone into an action hero, essentially.

Looked up Battle of Shaker Heights to make sure I had the title right and man is that poster both awful and misleading.

Call me crazy but I always thought he got shafted for that because the fact he was in an adult theater. I mean cmon what'd you think happens in there?

I remember being confused about Paul Reubens' arrest when I was a child. I remember asking, "isn't that what that place is for?" I think more adults than children were shocked (or pretended to be) that Pee Wee Herman masturbated. What's the big deal?
