Not yet - was debating about taking one to the GW event this weekend, but will probably go with Stormcasts instead.

After painting tenebrael shard I've been inspired to redo my ,island of blood, elves in a similar paint scheme. They were the first miniatures I ever painted, can't wait to see how they turn out since I know how to properly apply primer and wash now.
I'm using LA awesome to strip them.
What do I do if I cant get all the paint out of the nooks and crannies? Can I primer over it?

yeah, scrub em with a paint brush, wash em and then reprimer them.

After painting tenebrael shard I've been inspired to redo my ,island of blood, elves in a similar paint scheme. They were the first miniatures I ever painted, can't wait to see how they turn out since I know how to properly apply primer and wash now.
I'm using LA awesome to strip them.
What do I do if I cant get all the paint out of the nooks and crannies? Can I primer over it?

I use 90% isopropyl alcohol to strip models, it works in about 15 min. I have problems with paint in the "nooks and crannies"' too, I normally just prime over it. I'll hopefully get some photos of my Sylvaneth-Themed Eternal Guard up today...

The colour scheme is shamelessly ripped off from someone on the AoS Fan Facebook page, but I can now present my second Stormhost...

The Ironmen chamber from the Stark Hammers (led bu Tonius Ironman, but I haven't painted him up yet)

Red probably works better for stormcast than some of the khorne things I think.

Finally got around to properly starting off death and with a necromancer to lead my planned 1k list as well. Going with an overly pompous sounding name to suit the base model I used; Lord Valinarus Galaron, The Undying.

I just tried it on a second hand skull pass goblin and holy crap. Fumes are bad but it worked great, thx for the info.

I have finally managed to fully paint up my AOS starter set up, more than a year after release.

I am slowly working on my Chaos army. Well here is my center piece ATM.

Can't really get a bigger centerpiece than that. Nice work!

Also, is there any particular reason you changed Stormhosts Matt?
