Well, logically thinking, a knife hit the grot. The Angel never saw who threw it. There are probably servants and such running everywhere, adding more chaos to the mix. One cloaked figure fleeing isn't that out of the ordinary. Plus she was probably much more focused on the orks who were killing and looting all around, over one figure fleeing a firefight between orks, scions, and astartes.

Edit: Great works all around. The Eldar are building up, in regards to the harlequins, I love the clash between dark and light. Part two of your assault was great, the reference was greatly appreciated as well, EoN. Ezra, your CSM always seem to find their greatest enemies to be themselves, and I love the contrast in characters. I look forward to more of your BL. Evergreen, the tyranid superiority attitude is great, and really emphasizes how alien the tyranids are.
