So a total of 204 tanks, and about 3000 fighting infantry men...Maybe you might want to tone down those numbers, as me with my Mechanized infanty only add up to about 40 tanks and 1.5K infantry.

I know you're right fluff wise, but those numbers seem a bit...Disproportianate to this Crusade.

Thats a Full siege Regiment not a um Attacking Regiment. Your Force is meant to take on people and withdraw if it gets to bad. and Work in supported concert with other regiments.

Siege Regiments are meant to be heavy cumbersome weapons that fight solely through attrition.Also a good amount of these guys would be more like white-shields and people expected to die in heavy fighting.

Also yes I can choose other regiments with much lighter numbers.

I have 2500; elite dudes with 60 Valkyries, 6 Vultures and 20ish Tauroxes Primes (24 I think)

You have a Capitol Imperialis. I can think of two places that thing will fit, one of them being in the middle of an abandonned desert.

You know since people are afraid of armored regiments. I will just go light Infantry one for further siege reinforcement or I can take one of three Mechanized infantry patterns. The Light is below. Mechanized choices are Chimera/ Tauros mix, Chimera/ Taurox mix, or Air Infantry

Sorry I don't mean it offensively at all. And your not the only one pointing out their overwhelming power. And your right, but outside of large combat they are useless, so Light or mechanized would be better.

btw, I had little to no idea what the majority of the troops you listed above were. I know Guardsmen, conscripts, Stormtroopers, Karskin, and Scions. Not much else.

So StormTroopers, Karskin, and Scions are basically the same to me. In the Seige regiment think majority regular Guardsmen and Conscripts.

Veteran Guardsmen is better than Guardsmen but worse than say a Stormtrooper. I am very much into IG, SM, and Skitarii lore. Another Idea is just bring in a Company of More Astartes. lol. I am working on Lore on my Bloodmoon Hunters.

Edit: Also Terms Like Rifleman, Assault, Sniper, or Specialist is just how they are kitted out.

Edit: I have been thinking even harder and I am going to come up with a new regiment. It probably won't be lore right with the mix I give it but It will fit this Crusade a bit better I think. It will be a Mechanized Siege Infantry Regiment. So Less Tanks and We will say its just a portion landing for more like 3000 men.

Just so you know many beastmen are purged inside the Imperium as they are seen as being corrupted by chaos hence why many of my cultists are beastmen as they were driven out of the imperium. I know they served in the Imperial army during the HH but nowadays ? Im not so sure

There are probably some loyal Beastmen somewhere.

Those beastmen who are indoctrinated into the imperial cult are loyal almost zealously so, its just they would be frowned upon by the purists in the Imperium

It's lucky we don't have any purists as of yet...

Looking at the Inquisition...

The inquisition doesn't seem to have many friends in Crion, perhaps a certain group of Scions should be deployed with artillery with the inquisition and see what happens
