EDIT: So an update on my gameplan, so you all kinda know:
-Necrons will be primarily leaving (some will stay *cough* Cogger *cough*)
-More IW Tau will be coming in.
-Expect me to write fluff for the Tarellians (at least the ones on Prin'shek *A desert plane*)
-I will post in a bit about how I'm doing Tarellians, cause I really need help/guidance
