I'm completely fine with you bringing your knight's back. You had some cool characters in there, I'd gladly welcome them back into the fold. And no, I'm not referring to Falkon, I like the knight pilots.

I dont think anything has been organised yet, and its not just a battle for the air

That wasn't the impression I got from Chazz. Unless there are a bunch of ground forces (besides the Tillers) that I missed on my way in

What battles are going on?

EDIT: And whatever happened to the Gargant, last I recall it's still alive?

I'm still working on the final piece, but yes, it did not fall from the Sharks.

I am paying attention I just don't know. I am still trying to figure where next for my regiment and work on the landing piece of my marines.

With everything going on lately, I'm more worried about writing these pieces up, hope fully I can get something from the Tarellians/Tau/Necrons so I can move on to the Sharks/Guard and that short story I might post...

It appears to be both.

The allied Tiller/Tau/Chaos alliance was making a surprise ground strike with aerial support. It so happens that Bob was making an attack run with his Scions at the same time, and chazz decided to throw in your aerial support too.

Aside from the air battle, the Imperial army on the ground is outnumbered 2-1 by similar quality troops, and being outflanked by half of them, plus being shelled by accurately guided seeker missiles and any acid bombs the Nurgle air support can drop.

And my Scions have begun a counter offensive with some success. Your missiles may suddenly find themselves with no markers.

And the blatant Xeno support will work in my favor, so it's all good. And the Nurgle air support isn't dropping anything till the dice is rolled (but I went pretty low so I'll probably lose it). Just like I am not fire bombing concentrations of Tillers

I doubt you'll kill the markers, considering they're not part of the main body, and out of the firing line.

Again, comes down to aerial to give the ground troops a buff.

Although I'll be rather confused if the considerable 2:1 outflank advantage of the Tiller coalition is ignored.

Am I the only one who feels that the Battle of New Pavus should be decisive ?

I agree. Why shouldn't it be treated like Cogger was?

Also, is there/should there be a refractory period on attacking locations?
As in, so a losing army can't just attack again to retake the city straight after? I know that it happened with Cogger, but is it banned, or just not done out of courtesy?

It should be decisive, but it should also wait until I can get my next piece out

Not sure if you are actually serious but i think that is unfair. If any other imperial forces do arrive I think it should be after the battle, the imperium cant just throw multiple armies at any situation that arises, they can be caught off guard too.
