If you go second, you can choose to have an active EVO-Gadet program at the cost of a CT but you still have to pay an additional CT to form a link when it's your turn. Correct me if I'm wrong.

our wrong , Gadet progarm can effect in the Deployment Phase so the link would be in effect from your opponents first Active Turn. How the link is formed if you use the progarm later, is another thing.

Meant to mention in Nuts and Bolts about that actually. I think it's pretty crazy that Infinity/Star Wars/DZC etc. (and Warmachine for that matter) are lower down in the forum list than the GW un-supported games section..

The GW specialist games are now appearing again with Execution force, Calth, Imperial Renegade and the Genestealer one so the section is (no longer) unsupported

When is that dropping? Sometime this summer?

Do we know if they're doing anything similar for other factions? The USAriadna box is similar I guess...

It would be nice if they had something like that for each sectorial, or at least the sectorials they're reworking. I want a box like that for ISS.

You must not really want the I.S.S. one, if you missed it coming out the month before the Onyx one . So should be up for preorder in a few weeks.

Purportedly ISS will be getting one at some point.

The Infinity Forums are under the impression the ISS Starter is coming out this month.

I am absolutely not buying any more Infinity until I paint those I've already got. I am sticking to that rule, and am just going to break it very briefly to get a pair of Maghariba Guard, then I will be utterly steadfast once again.

I do kind of wish they kept the profile for the old type as well though. Once again, I wish they had a section for legacy profiles for units that were removed from the game. Keep them non-ITS legal, but just keep them around.

Well, I understand thoroughly. My vow is 2 and only 2 orders a year, my birthday (which just passed, so I count the HS order as that) and Christmas. And that I must paint more minis than I order. (working on that). Maybe Christmas comes really early for me this year though. More likely though, I wait until I can add the Tikbalang and Bashi Bazouk to the order.

Rumor is, and has always been, that Maggie will be available to all the new Haqq sectorials, so be of good cheer. I do not see CB limiting access to Maggie, given the supposed difficulties in producing it. Maybe the Khanate will do without.

It wasn't in the leaked Qapu Khalki or Hassassin sectorial lists. It doesn't fit thematically in Khanate (lost it's Braces so it can't even be argued to be a Halqa transport), and all speculation points to Al Medinat due to them being very expensive to make.

QK gets nomad TAGs / Scarface, and i don't see HB using TAGs since it doesn't fit their ethos... limiting it to one sectorial seems odd, sure, but look at all the other TAGs in the game - the same goes for them, too, in all but a few rare cases.

It is indeed a roundabout way of saying it. In the past, I heard nothing about QK or HB ever getting Maggie. Most of the rumors I heard were before we knew about the size of the TAG, and the difficulties in producing it. I think CB might want to find a way to fit it into the Khanate. We'll see. I'm not sure what to expect of that sectorial anyway, apart from the Hunzakut and the Kum.

I wouldn't be against my QK dudes getting the Maggie, but I have severe doubts it will happen....but I am hoping the Caliphate is as awesome as it sounds so I can get in on that Sectorial as well as my QK.

Khanate is all fast stuff. it's essentially the Speed Freeks sectorial of the game. If the models aren't fast, they deploy forward. But so far they're all not standard military. So far we've heard it also includes Halqa (mechanised deployment), Hunzakut and Tuaregs (infiltrators). TAGs are fast, but I don't think the Maghariba fits in thematically, especially if the TAG is the Haqqislam militarys prized regiment. It's not going to be tied to a bunch of nomads (not Nomads) and drug pushers.

People have Human Sphere already and it's not in the list of units they get.

Yeah, that would be where my severe doubts are coming from -Loki-.

Who knows, it might change down the track but that is why I am putting all my eggs in the Caliphate basket.
