The current box for the Maghariba has the Caliphate sectorial logo on it.

It's not outside the realm of possibility that it could wind up in Khanate, but very few TAGs, or units in general, are available in multiple sectorials. The only TAG that comes to mind is the Iguana which is in Corregidor and Qapu Khalki, but I'm not super knowledgeable outside of Haqqislam.

It's very doubtful it'll be in Qapu Khalki or Bahram. People have Human Sphere, and it's not been reported that it's in their lists. CB have been aware that it's an expensive, difficult model to produce for a while, so if they intended to make it available to boost sales, they would have done it in Human Sphere.

QK already has the Nomad TAG and scarface, as much as I would love to get this.

I'm wondering about the Bashi Bazouk. The Adepticon presentation slide referred to the release as Bashi Bazouks, with no reference to weapons. Could it be that we will see a Bashi Bazouks box? We'll know in a month...

Yes he's got a great pose, you can tell he's a hardened veteran (and knows he is bad-ass) just from the way he is standing.

If hardened bad-ass was what they were trying to achieve they shouldn't have gone with the "stupid private taking selfies at the range" pose. Nothing says the opposite of hardened veteran like silhouetting yourself as much as possible.

Would of made a good Lt pose but a completely awful sniper pose.

Not all of the poses are representative of the unit in action though, you do get some of these 'display' like poses. Otherwise you are right yes that guy wouldn't be a veteran for very long standing around on the battlefield like that

I'm glad they do it as it means they are more attractive for painting, and one of the advantages of the silhouette system.

Hot swap the sniper rifle arm for a combi rifle arm and you would have an awesome Lt model.

An open pose is good for modeling for sure but I think the fact that he is standing on a rock says he is the field which then the pose makes him into a doof.

If the axe arm was like a binos arm I would say it's a passable non serious scouting pose.

Just a note the new CA starter is going to be part of the Onyx Army Box coming out in 2 months.

I'm going to have a stroke just waiting for THIS month's releases, let alone the next 2-3.

Only way I could have seen the Khanate getting a Maghariba is if it was an Ork-style looted Maghariba, kustom-fitted with a turbo-charged engine.

Now that the shiny new scorpion Mags are in, I'm sure some enterprising Khanate "businessmen" could offer Al-Medinat a good price on some of the old spiders...

Yeah, not happening, but it's fun to think about.

Really like the 'tail' on the rail, hadn't picked up that from previous pictures.

I think I've forgotten how to paint, maybe I need something big to get out of my funk.

I was thinking the Anaconda was part of the MRRF and one of the Nomad Sectorials, but it doesn't appear to be part of any of the Nomad forces.

Yeah, it is pretty much only the Iggy isn't it.

That swivel rail is a cool touch. Makes the 360 visor make more sense when the tail can swivel to get better angles behind itself since the gun part of the tail doesn't look like it can rotate much.

Ghazi are Warbands and were considered an exception.

Naffatun still might not be linkable. They're in the Caliphate sectorial, but there's been no mention that I know of that they will be linkable.

Ghazi are light infantry. It's a common misconception though. They lack the CC abilities that shove Irregular models into Warbands.

It is, definitely. Even more so than the previous MG.

Love the look of it, you can imagine it moving stop-animation style like ED-209

Support specialists (doctor, engineer, palbots), Auxilia, Deva/devabot, Syclla and Draicos, Interventors were released in a box, if someone would want to add to nitpicking. I don't expect it for Bashi, as I don't see similarity between them and units that received a box release in the past.

I yearn for the Bashi Box, but I am doubting its happening. If twin packs were still a thing, then maybe that.

...though there have been a couple of twin packs but usually those have been promotional things (Achilles Twin pack) or particularly large things (Devil Dog + Antipode and Gecko packs) but the Veronin model (Col + Antipode) could be a toe in the water to going back to the doubles.

As always, expecting a single, but living in boundless optimism with the dream of a multi pack of some kind.

Voronin is still only one model. It's one base, and only one profile in the game.
