Why do folks always suggest to put the juggeelord with the hounds... In mixed toughness units you use the T the most models here right? Unless I'm mistaken sticking your juggerlord with T4 hounds nullifies one of the primary purposes for sticking him on a,juggernaut in the first place eh?

8 points per T4 wound is usally better then 22 points for a T5 wound

He still gets to move 12'', he get's an extra attack and an extra wound. The hounds are look our sir sponges for him and ensures that he reaches close combat without being shot to pieces.

The toughness doesn't matter in shooting to be honest, as the dogs can take the wounds - In close combat, he still has the extra toughness too, as he is usually in a challenge.

But in both cases it sucks to start your shooting phase knowing that no matter what you do, CC is happening on your turn or his unless you kill a bajillion models with guns. 40 dogs and a 1-12 bikes means your whole army will be locked, and waiting for the inevitable 'big guys' to roll up and start the chopin'.

This. Exactly this

And unless you drop another 50 on BFA(which is better suited for princes IMO) 8\3 or worse pie plates are bad news bears. Plus those T5 wounds are 3+\4+++ instead of 5++. I understand though, now. It's about points efficiency. To each his own. Thx.
