From a distance, sure, but not a big deal if you're just using them for Fate dice. The Skull for 1 and Tzeentch symbol for 6 are easy enough, which is nice.

These dice are interesting- nice use of the Silver Tower mechanic...

This large dice cube contains 18 16mm dice. They feature 2 different designs, dark blue with light blue markings, and dark blue with gold markings - 9 of each design are supplied (the keen-eyed will notice that 9 is the number of Tzeentch).

Also included in this set is a plastic tray with spaces to hold 9 dice. In games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar any army with the Tzeentch allegiance has the Masters of Destiny ability allowing them to roll 9 dice at the start of the game and set them aside for later use. This pool of Destiny Dice can then be used throughout the game to alter your fate. The tray included with this dice set allows you a specific area to place your Destiny Dice during your games.

Helloo magic cards:

And some nice suggestions for paint schemes..

I don't get them. I don't get it.

They are just stylized dice that you can use for your destiny dice if you want.

Can't they be used as regular dice as well? I mean 3 dots would be a 3, 5 dots would be a 5 etc and the symbol is a 6, and one is the skull.

Pretty cool the acolytes come in a box of 20 and could make 2 units of 10. I think that will be a must purchase for me!

They definitely work better as destiny dice. I can just hear myself trying to use them on regular rolls, though. "The feth did I just roll?"

Feth me, ok now I really want to start an Age of Sigmar force.

Those dice are suuuper cool-looking and suuuper nonfunctional for normal rolling. You can't win 'em all, I guess!

Here's what we're missing that we might see in the coming weeks (and I'm sure I'll miss a few):

CONFIRMED
Lord of Change
Tzaangor Shaman on Disc
Tzaangor Exalted/Skyfires

RUMORED
Tzaangors (reboxed 40K kit)
Blue Horrors
Brimstone Horrors
Burning Chariot of Tzeentch (rebox/resculpt)

It was rumored that they were resculpting the Burning Chariot? That seems really odd. They should just rebox it and throw in an extra sprue with that exalted flamer on it.

The only fact we know about the Burning Chariot is that it is marked as 'Sold Out' and is no longer available on either the UK or French web stores. It could be for either reason or for some other reason entirely.

Wait. The Exalted Flamer, its already in the chariot box. Was another there one released separately?

Hopefully they are repacking the burning chariot kit to exclude the 100x50 rectangular base and include a base for the exalted flamer on foot.
I would not be surprised (speculation not rumour) if a spruce was added to have a new/tzaangor hero on the chariot too.

I don't see any need to resculpt the kit.

20 kairic acolytes for $99NZ....

From my rough estimation (comparing U.K. And NZ prices for Bloodreavers, which is £35 and $116 respectively), I reckon it's gonna be £30.

I know it's a matter of perspective, but for GW, that's a damned good price, especially as they're largely a 'chaff' unit, compared to Tzaangors.

January WD indeed lists them at £30.

It's weird none of the Kairic acolytes have the bird feet from the silver tower boxed set, which I preferred the look of. Their feet look even stranger now...which is quite something. I kind of wish they looked more like the original concept idea for them from john blanche. Less muscled and ripped and more lithe and slim and weird, some with three arms etc. I'm not too keen on the overly muscled look, tzeentch always struck me as being more slender in contrast to the bulk of khorne and nurgle.

The only difference in the feet between the Silver Tower and Disciples of Tzeentch Kairic Acolytes that I can see is how they're painted. Are you thinking of the Tzaangors?

On the silver tower ones their middle toe is a claw, their toes are sharper and pointy whereas the new acolytes have regular human feet.

I totally just bought new dice (bigger ones that that are the same as my existing cube, and blue with gold pips for my Tzeentch army), but I MUST have those new Tzeentch dice. One can never have TOO many dice, right?

...right?
