Canadian PM makes contact with another MP by accident and now it's a huge deal.
"Trudeau the woman-beater."
If you watch carefully, you might actually see the contact, if you don't blink.

That was the worst thrown elbow in history. She didn't even get a black eye nor did he get a proper "boob check".
Lame.
I know. You'd think the leader of the country that invented fighting on ice skates would have a decent elbow game.

Really now, anything that happens on the parliament floor in any country is played out time and again in any schoolyard.
But I am sorry, if the "party whip" cannot muscle his way through some opposition MP's what hope has he browbeating his own party?
Then needing the PM (who is from a different party) to save him, no wonder Trudeau was so rough.
Funny how the lady in the way found the petty "blocking" so amusing and did nothing to make way for the man.
Karma can be mentioned but I can say I am not terribly upset from her rather minor "wounding": should have got out of the way to begin with.
Worse-yet, the old PM Stephen Harper was seen smirking in the sidelines.
Trudeau could take a few pages from other world leaders: "I have minions to do that.".

My thoughts exactly. The outrage, the shock, the horror on her face. Will she ever be the same?

So, of course, this is getting a lot of run in Canada's CNN? Is it MNN, Maple News Network?
Don't be silly, It's on CBC.

So what are people saying about the video?
Trudeau Supporters: She was clearly over-reacting. That was a simple accident and she should shut up.
Trudeau Detractors: What a jack-ass! He should apologize immediately!
Trudeau Neutral: What an ugly carpet. Jesus...
Had to go back and look at the carpet at the end there.
Good God that is an ugly carpet...
Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Canadians are already apologizing for having seen the video.
CBC... similar to BBC...
So he gave-in to frustration and has had a "growth" moment.
If he wants to be known for being inclusive it will need to involve no "handling" of people.
<edit>BTW: Ruth Ellen Brosseau who got elbowed seems ok on paper... got a bit of heat for going to Vegas during the campaign and got labelled as "Vegas" for a while.

I don't know if that kind of d-baggery (intentionally blocking the path of another Member) is common in Parliament. It could be he was caught off-guard.

I don't know if it helps, but here are some explanations of what happened from Trudeau political opponents (the same YouTube political channel, different commentators):
Wow it must be a freaking slow news day in Canada. In other news there's a moose on the road in Canada. Which road? There's only one road in Canada.
Some cursing but South Park talks about it in the only way i care about. Sorry if the quality is garbage btw. Dunno if i can find a better clip of it on youtube.

That's not even close to what happened. Much like your Bush Jr, Trudeau is the son of an established political figure. The only difference is, we have a well spoken, good looking and charismatic leader, where as you were saddled with a draft dodging mouthbreather who co-opted a Texas yee-haw cowboy identity, despite being neither Texan nor a cowboy. (He may have yee-hawed. I have no sources on that.)
But thanks for a great comment.

His complete and utter lack of bias, moral purity, and burning hatred for anything that self-describes as a feminist. prepare for the term "SJW" and "it's X year" to be used in his explanation.
