Hitech stuff is usually pretty cleanly cast. Usually being the key word- I've had a few guys that needed some more intensive work on the undersides of limbs.
There's often large chunks of flash on bigger pieces that will need to be removed, but that's pretty typical of resin casts of large parts. Shoulder pads especially.
Air bubbles can be an issue.
Weapons often need to have a hole drilled through the hand that holds it, or the weapon itself cut and pinned in parts to the limb.
