Sooo bigger SC boxes with more models similiar to Icewind Assault or the old battalions or simply different contents so you can combine e.g. the current Bloodbound SC with its SC2?

I don't know how that compares for you guys, but over here they're cheaper than basically all recent clam pack characters.

As expensive as those prices are, they are actually cheaper than previous clam packs. The fyreslayer heroes for example are $50 Australian each so this is the cheapest fyreslayer hero.

Looking at those release day dates it is quest heroes preorder on the 29th and the scenery, bases, and tints on the 5th of November. That leaves one week before bloodbowl. This seems to be the new pattern for white dwarf. It covers the week before white dwarf preorder (veritant) the week of preorder (prospero) and two weeks after.

Yeah I already own them all, but certainly wouldn't buy them at that price without a 20% discount.

Hoping for full GSc style box sets. Interestingly it was exactly six months between overkill and the deathwatch. November will be six months since warhammer quest.

Well, the releases information stops at pre-order for the 5-6 November, so I'am still hopeful that we will see something big AoS during November!

That was unexpected. Good to see the rest of the leaks were almost 100% right for them (+1 I when outmatched rather than the rumored +1 WS makes way more sense and isn't a mostly useless and complex rule).


Can't wait to see the new terrain and larger Start Collecting boxes. I assume they're going to be advertised in December's WD?

So I looked through the rules and 15 custodes can form a unit of custodes and a unit of the other guys. That leaves me with 5 more custodes to use as a command squad if there is one.

How would the tints differ from glazes? Don't they accomplish the same thing?

They're very different. Glazes are transparent and very thin paints basically. Tints are thick and have tons of pigment, you can't use them by themselves but instead mix them with other colors.

Hero bases are bit weird and somewhat expensive. I'm still getting them because I am a nutter for everything basing related. Some of them could work as objective markers on their own, especially AoS ones.

Haemorrhoid Reactors (sp?) are downright ridiculous. I must have at least two pairs.
