I wonder if the golden face is just the one on the shoulder pad stuck on the face instead.
Also, I can't shake the feeling he's just been presented with unimpressive genitals.

Getting all giddy in work reading (on break, no heresy) about more rumours of supposed sisters release, I just really hope they keep the repentia gang in there. They are a type of Beastman. Beastman just means human mixed with animal. GW have stuck with goats for so long it's refreshing to see other types of Beastman, imho.

Did a mod just make the thread go off topic? Also did a mod just added something that is not news or rumours? I really hope this doesn't become like Warseer now, where we are not allowed to do things, and mods can. Please tell me Kid Kyoto make a mistake and posted in the wrong section and didn't realize it.

It's Magnus, it's less about swinging swords and more about pulling apart molecules with his mind.
Anyway, weren't the nipple horns present in his artwork? Should have guessed what the model would look like seeing how closely they've followed established art of the other Primarchs.

In a simbple one armed chopping motion or stabbing with it. Those horns would be great for charging and knocking the hell out of enemies. Flaming sorcerous swords, glaives and nipple horns, the perfect combo!
I'm not going to re-read the lunacy that is the last few pages of this thread, but I'd be very surprised if anyone actually said that. Even that one guy banging on about how relatively difficult it might be for an Inquisitor to acquire power armour, I don't think even that guy said that.

Jokes aside yes, they are part, afaik, of the original artwork (possibly from Blanche?).

I got to stop drinking while browsing the forums. I just had a mouthful of water and almost spat it out reading your comment. Thanks for the laugh.
Also thanks Kyoto you are a stand up guy. One of the reasons why I love this site so much. You guys can be harsh, but you are fair. So glad to see it continuing. You guys are human after all.

Previous Rumors
“Now of course if you have read this far you are curious about any gossip. Well the only things I have to report are what we have heard. First is Sisters of Battle and second is 8th edition are both coming very soon.”
and…
“…Sisters will be released Q1 next year with a rumored month being Jan-Feb.”
and…
“Near the end of our [LONG] conversation he hinted that the starter set for 8th Edition will feature Sisters of Battle. This came up unexpectedly as he was griping about how he was expected to assemble and paint to (GW-standards) the entire Starter Set in the 48hrs from when the boxes hit his premises to the official launch date….all while keeping it secret and continuing to turn a profit. I probed him about this and he said they were “robed female marines3 that I guess were popular before?” He was annoyed because he had never seen these models before and they were “smaller” so he was annoyed at not having more time to figure out the modelling aspect. I probed around asking if they were “more Prospero girls” and stuff like that to try to flesh out the details before finally asking straight up if they were called “Sororitas” to which he replied “nah, something Sisters, but not the Prospero ones.” So for that reason, putting the pieces together, I am speculating they are Sisters of Battle.”
Today’s News
Today industry insiders tell BoLS today more of the Sisters of Battle line of minis themselves:
Adepta Sororita are real and returning as full fledged faction.
Look for a standard sized new line:
Codex
3 Infantry Boxes
2 Vehicle Boxes
3 clampacks
Further details on the kits:
Standard infantry dual build kit
Elite infantry dual built kit
Walker kit
Leader clampack (Canoness)
Standardbearer clampack
Look for all of this in January, with some minor teaser releases very late 2016.
This same rumor was posted in Jan of this year if I'm not mistaken. My predictions from previous thread I started.
Infantry Boxes
1: Battle Sisters/Dominion/Retributor
2: Celestian/Seraphim
3: Sisters Repentia, perhaps with some other options as GW makes dual kits out of everything.
Vehicle Boxes
1: Penitent Engine, rumor from start of the year said there was a shooty version. So perhaps melta and heavy bolters instead of flamers? or go matrix style and give it a twin linked punisher cannon (1 punisher cannon on each arm).
2: Immolator/Exorcist remake
I'd expect a Living Saint kit to be the same as a Celestant-Prime kit if they made such a model. Then again it's GW so they might be fine with a clam pack Saint Celestine.
I'd love a Saint kit that you build similar to the old C'tan with many interesting options.

Seems neat for casual games but most competitive games don't allow more than one Fortification and barely anyone uses Plasma nowadays, except Dark Angel Ravenwing who don't want to just sit behind cover.
It's a cool model tho.

I feel like 8th edition might finally be doing away with vehicle stats and rules (trimming a large segment of the rules bloat in one swing) and giving them all profiles. They've done this now for two fortifications in a row now.

I, or one, would not mind, at all, if vehicles got damage charts similar to the way monsters behave in AoS; gradually becoming slower and less effective until they die.
