Being a veteran player of World of Tanks (may not be the greatest game, but I sure enjoyed it) I grew a love for 4 types of tanks: German TDs (tank destroyers) German Heavy Tanks, Russian medium/heavy tanks, british light/medium/heavy tanks (would later add WWI british tanks to that list of favorite tanks). The leman russ look like a british WWI tank morphed with a t-47, im opinion at least, so that is amazing. Anyway skipping ahead to what I was going to say, the Destroyer Tank Hunter, from forgeworld's Imperial Armour Version 1 Edition 2, is just perfect, a german stug III/ hetzer look(more stug than hetzer though, which is great!). So I altered my list to accomdate for the points it would cost and then looked on GW, FW and Ebay, nothing. Is this a tank which no kit exsist, if so how do I make one? If there is one, wher is it (links would be greatly appreciative). I figure you would use a LR hull and then maybe a baneblade or earthshaker cannon?

Also, stop before the comment is written, I get it DTH aren't exactly the most competitve (nor does it seem are any IG tank), but they look awesome, and thats all that matters.

May the Emperor bless you.

I'm surprised it's no longer on sale. You could try using Thunder Siege Tank and just use a Vanquisher barrel.

That should work - they're the same hull and mostly the same front plate.

To conversions it is my 40k stug III shall be so. Have a good day and may the Emperor bless you.

EDIT:

I figured out why its no longer on sale. The tank is a old relic that isn't very common, and thus by removing it from sale its like how the Imperium stopped producing them!

If you want, you can always use some plasticard to cover over the top of the tank, and use a Kingslayer cannon or maybe the Widowmaker from Blood and Skulls, building your own enclosure on the hull, or fitting it into the hull sponson mount.

For scale reference, here's a Russ hull with the Kingslayer.

A simple convert from a leman russ hull is always good. Plasticard over the turret hole and wedge a big ol tube or gun into the hull spot.

Or you could go full ham and just take two track units and bridge them with a box and litz of bitz

Heard you could also use the hatch to cover it, thanks for information, defiantly will keeep it in mind.

Thats a nice tank, a bit too expermental for the 912th, again thanks for the ideas.

I'll figure something out, (and if I come up with something on my own, it makes it all the more unique).

Nice conversions both. Here is my attempt also based on a russ hull. I tried to add lights but it didnt go so well.

I did sort out a weapon destroyed variant barrel though

I just got out the sheet styrene and converted mine:

In my case, I reverse the lower plate; build a custom superstructure; recut the gun mount from the LRBT turret, and build in a new barrel.

I can confirm the old style accessory sprue hatch will drop in and just needs the lock tab holes covered. Mine was made by cutting up a battle cannon and extending with brass rod, and inserting it like sauragnmon's above. I did a similar one for my punishers, whoch I actually have pics for.

In my case, I have an idea of what I want the tank to look like, so I draw a side view of the tank, and then cut & file pieces of sheet styrene to match the pattern, just build it up like an angled box. It takes a little practice, but you can make very nice stuff this way.

I drew one up in sketchup, flattened it out ready to print using an origami programme, glued the print outs onto plasticard and washed the paper and glue residue off afterwards. This is the test model I started a few years ago (and haven't bothered finishing yet), but it's given me an idea of what to improve for the proper models when I do bother to build them.
