Now here is the crazy thing folks. This is just a tease of this year. They didn't show us everything that is to come out. Just a small look ahead. Let your minds be blown.

True enough, but I'm a big DE fan. Not as crazy as Tau or Kroot but you know they got some style and they screw everyone over. So any sort of DE release is going to get me interested unless its a boardgame with existing models since I have no one in real life to play it with now.

Warhams-77 wrote:Gamgee, this meshed-together rumor from October(?) on Faeit you are refering to lately, has already several errors, and it is really hard to believe as it comes with a lot of nonsense too.
Several parts have been known for months (Sad Panda and Atia).
Also it mentions Thousand Sons and a Keeper of Secrets in an army boxed set. That's nonsense isnt it? Tz and Slaanesh mixed?
Meshing rumor stuff from different sources and offering it as new like what that rumor source on Faeit did lead to many disappointments in the past. With its current flaws it is already not of AAA quality. Pretre has tracked these rumors and we will see what will actually turn out to be true in the end.
I think it is fairly safe to assume that they meant Lord of Change.
But I am definitely not one to support Faeit or Bols.
I am just here enjoying how adorable it is that all of those nasty nasty bitter people who were so sure that there were no plastic sisters are dining on crow.

I think we should all take a moment to thank the photographer. It cannot be easy to take pictures of a magazine when you have no hands, and there's and earthquake going on. So many thanks to the photographer. I hope the prosthetics come in soon, and that you move to somewhere that isn't near a fault line. Anyway, yes, plastic Sisters. Pretty sure that's Celestine + 2 bodyguards, and that kit is going to be expensive as feth. The Magos is pure sex. I am in love with that model. Why are we getting it? Is there a big AdMech release coming? Combined books? Skitarii with a fething HQ finally? The Hereticus Inquisitrix is great. I've been saying for years that they should have made a model of her: ... and it seems they finally are. Archonites? Cool. Disc-riding Tzaangors? Even cooler! Fall of Cadia? As long as we get a boss new Failbaddon mini (like Arhiman) and not a failure of a mini (like Kharn) then that'll be good. And based on the tagline for Gangs of BDSM, it looks to be bikes and hoverboards for them. Bull0 wrote:I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth but the whole "scrolls as supports" look on jump troops annoys the hell out of me, I'm hoping they'll be easy enough to clip off. Otherwise, wow! They're all good models. Why are the "forge world exclusive" limited ed. space marines they're putting out so crap compared to this stuff? I own this guy, and he's super bloody wobbly. I really do question how Celestine's model is going to work when the Knight Venator honestly looks more stable.

Hmm, have to remove the scrolls/doves/flowers and give Celestine a different backpack. The rest of the models is great enough to justify that.
The Magos is a must-have. That loudspeaker... And looks like I need another Inquisitor.

I imagine the Gangs of Commorragh is a Dark Eldar Necromunda-like variant. Something like this was rumored years ago.
I'm interested to see whether the "Fall of Cadia" borrows any content from the old Eye of Terror worldwide campaign.

Yeah, it puts me right off. Assuming the seraphim aren't ludicrously expensive and I do get some, I'll be making them *very* chunky supports from cities of death bits.

And that other Knight dude is supported by 2 scrolls instead of 1 like the Seraphim. Having 1 support makes it less than half as rigid if they're similar thickness.

I would give them the KoS mistake but am still very cautious regarding that highly detailed list. If it turns out to be correct, which if we look back to the early spanish 'WFB will get replaced-rumors' from 2012 which were doubted but were correct in the end, can happen. I prefer being cautious, while known sources have my support (because they are criitical of themselves and make sure the info is valid), but the anonymous ones from Faeit are often wrong. I always congratulate sources that were correct, no matter what they looked like at the beginning.

I was the chosen one who above all others called "it" and predicted a great deal of releases. Particularly with the Dark Eldar model. Shout out to the dark city tho for helping analyse that picture.
Anyways I am super hyped for the Dark Eldar board game? Sounds fun. Likely see a whole host of cool models. Thedarkcity is basically on party mode right now. Now I wonder... if people will freak out when I think Ultramar will fall to the Tau + others. Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen. Haha.
Do we have a picture of the actual Dark Eldar model?
Ultramar isn't going to fall to the Tau. It didn't fall to the most powerful single Hive Fleet gathering (Behemoth focused it's entire force into one hammer blow, unlike the tendrils of later hive fleets) ever seen, it certainly isn't going to fall to a race who's fleet gets swept aside by an angry look from the Imperial Navy.
I suspect that the next time the Ultramarines make an appearance in a campaign it'll be against Red Corsairs or something similiar, since 2017 seems like it's going to be the year of Chaos. After all, 2016 was supposed to be the year of Sigmar...

I'm hoping Gangs of Commoragh is a Gorka Morka or Necromunda re-do - Commoragh has so many different gangs, Kabals, Cults, non- DE Pirates/Mercs/Scum, and more, that doing anything short of something like Necromunda would do the Dark City a disservice. I mean, escaped gangs of slaves battling it out in the streets against Wych Cults? Hell - it could be a way to hint at the Khans return (a white armoured giant leading the slaves?). It would also be an amazing way to bring back old Special Characters for DE and give them rules in 40k and GoC, new Archons, Succubi, Reaver HQs...

I wouldn't expect a new codex though. More likely a dataslate in the box + in the Cadia book. I'd love to be proven wrong though...
