Well GW has always been known for making illogical decisions till now

If we were to evaluate their next theoretical move based on their new found business sense, then I reckon they will make a new SoB product line and a new Codex - this would allow them to expand on whatever is in the Imperial Agents book, as well as possibly introduce some new units to the game. Besides, GW has almost always released a Codex/ruleset with a new line of miniatures this year, so it seems logical from that point too.

The logic sounds good to me, let's just see if GW agrees! I'd likely get a small Sisters force to work my Guard if they came out in plastic with a solid codex.

Was trying to change the color of Celestines armour but couldn't get it to look black. I need to do an invert and color gradient flip but I've forgotten how to do that.
So if anyone else wants to change the color of her armor feel free to use this pic if it helps.

I feel like they won't stop there, with demand being so high, and them finally realising this through how quickly Cannoness Veridiyan sold out.

Having Sisters metals and the stopgap list in CIA lets them get some interest back in the army, then a new Celestine kit and rules that can go with any Imperial force will draw in new players, then likely a full codex and plastic range once people are hooked- see how Deathwatch: Overkill and those runs of models jumpstarted both the Deathwatch and GSC ranges and codices.

How much would a plastic Thunderhawk cost?

My guess would be something like £195/$295 or so. Somewhat shy of half the FW price.

That looks awesome. I think mine is gonna get painted in an ivory scheme.

Unit Type for the Magos is Infantry (Character). You can see the little tail of the Y on Infantry and the shape of the Inf.

I am really liking that Celestine model. It looks better every time I see it. I just might end up getting her. Unless there is a way to field her without Sisters, she will probably sit on the shelf. Which is probably okay since those tails don't look that strong.

Give her some glowing red eyes and white hair and suddenly she would look 10x better.

Blood Angels, Custodes, Tzeentch, Alpha Legion, Astra Militarum, Deathwatch, Thousand Sons, Imperial Knights, Tau, Genestealer Cult.

I have a problem.

I'm totally getting that Inquisitor model, she would look great fighting alongside my Guard (even as a regular Inquisitor)

All of those models are very nice, especially the sisters! I wouldn't mind grabbing them just to paint, especially in a more interesting scheme (the GW one couldn't be more dull as far as I'm concerned!)

It's the angle. On the model it looks less like a duck.

Edit:

Also, I mean, hey, Broskis like 10k years old. I'm impressed he has any skin left at all.

Don't have time to skim 17 pages.

However I have heard that \\the Saint comes in a box set with 2 bodyguards, no other plastic sisters at this time.

Fluff wise she is leading the Black Templar contingent at the Fall of Cadia?. No I have no idea why either but there you go.

Your last point is especially laughable and comical, because not only the 7th ed Valkyrie shown dumber things (like being able to throw the troopers without parachutes out of its hatches, no harm done) - Irbis

It seems like Sisters will be coming out in steadily trickles. Canoness at Christmas, Saint in January, etc. Rather than one big "Here are all your toys" like the Dark Eldar.

Why not? The Black Templars are one of the few 'religious' Chapters. It makes sense they'd fall in behind a LIVING SAINT.

Ah so it was intentional, makes sense. However i have like 20 metal Seraphim so i wont be getting any of the Plastic ones. Plastic Dominions however......

I do have a very simple question. Why are the Seraphim gold? From what i know, no Ordo has that paint scheme and while im glad they arent more Order of our Martyred Lady, im confused as to who they are supposed to be.

I'm actually very thankful GW did not go too far here. Her wings are already huge, so I am glad they showed some restraint overall especially compared to some of the AoS stuff which, as techically masterful as it is, is sometimes a little bit busy.

So yeah, GW and restraint aren't common bedfellows these days, so nice to see some for a change.

That's awesome.

What one single colour would suit the sword, halo and birds, with a view of "framing the face" as they always talk about in the 'eavy metal articles? I was thinking black edged with red?
