Gamgee wants to be a rumormonger so much, it's cute.

Pity he takes the BoLS/Faiet approach of "if I theorise enough gak then some of it will be right and then I can say I told you so".

It's not a single rune that exists right now.

There are three elements to look into:
The Infinity Circuit symbol(or the "Cosmic Serpent"; I can't get a good still image of it to see whether it is a single interconnected rune or if it has a small 'gap' between the double diamonds).
Striking Scorpion symbol(triangle/delta with the 'pincers' and triple line under the double diamonds)
The 'tail'. Closest match is from the Autarch.

So Iyanna, Arhra and Yriel? That would be the Spiritseer, the Father of Scorpions (who would have the "mixed" armor being both founder of the Striking Scorpions and a probable champion of the Incubi) and the Autarch.

The double diamonds are connected to each other, but separate from the rest of the rune.

Fall of Cadia only mentions Eldrad (by name), Veilwalker, a female, and a "crimson warrior", so I don't know how there can be all 3 of those you mentioned.

Also, anyone know who the Aeldari are?

Well without getting off topic do anyone of us think we come to bad conclusions? If so would we not commit suicide all at once at such horrifyingly awful lives if we had no confidence that we did anything right in our lives? Do you think YOU come to bad conclusions or that your whole life is wrong? If I didn't have the confidence to at least think my own actions were good enough to bring myself happiness I would be pretty miserable. How about yourself?

Alright then, it's "Infinity Circuit" it seems.

It's Trazyn. He was waiting out the fight, to capture 'a single subject of value'.

I'd love if the 'crimson Incubus' turns out to be Arhra, but hopefully they confirm that he has been Drazhar this whole time and just now decided to reveal himself.
Otherwise, he needs to be someone else.

I've also heard Vect is on the way, but nothing confirmed yet.

I don't feel the need to fill threads with idle speculation about stuff I don't know, nor the need to assure everyone of my fantastic judgement regarding rumors. YMMV.

Mate, you've come to the wrong place then. And you're very VERY off-topic here, so can you move this somewhere else please?

He was speculating, said he came to good conclusions and I pointed out that just because he says they are good doesn't make them so.

If wildly speculating about stuff is on topic (you seem to think it is) then so is discussing their veracity.

Having said that, my original throw away line is needlessly getting dragged out, so I'll let this die now.

Other rumors have said there are a few armies left. I think if anything has a shot of appearing it's Exodites. I suppose it could be GW's take on corsairs, but that seems more of a FW thing now.

If anything has a shot of appearing, it's Altansar.

Altansar is already mainstream fluff now?

I seriously doubt it will be Exodites, they're space amish and have no place in a major galactic war with Chaos. What it is lilkely to be is a Harlequin and Eldrad led allience of the Harlequins, Craftworld and Dark Eldar since all of them have vested interests in seeing Chaos, particularly Slaanesh, beaten.

Maybe thats what this new rune is for, to symbalise a desperate alliance between the 3 main Eldar Factions (who, whilst perfectly willing to work together against an outside threat, still don't like each other).

But how does it work with the previous crusade being rolled back? Wasn't Altensar coming back one of the big things of that campaign?

Go to the Atia section and search Exodites and boom. She said eventually but no ETA and that was last year. There is no other more relevant time than now for Exodites to appear. What would the point of a combines arms Eldar race be if it didn't include the Exodites for moving us to 1 minute to midnight in the story? It's also a faction people have wanted for a long time now myself included.

Edit
I know for a fact if Exodites are released this year I'm grabbing them. It's only craft world kin I find way too annoying. I was planning for a new army release budget this year.

If they were coming this year gw would know eta last year.

From the way Fall of Cadia reads, this takes place during the events of the 13th Black Crusade and during the timeline following it.

It's not a single self-contained timeframe of "Two weeks" or anything like that.

But since Eldrad isn't dead now, you'd have to question if anything from the last one is canon. A bit confusing

Not sure what you mean by mainstream fluff, because they have been in the fluff since 4e. Its Maugan Ra's Craftworld.

Yes. I don't have a link to the picture, but in the Cadia book there is a pic of some Uthwe Eldar models and in the background blurred by fog (seriously GW is loving that fog machine lately) there is an ACTUAL MODEL that is undoubtedly this exact dude. Unmistakable silhouette and coloration.

If that's the guy the fluff is describing, he certainly looks like he could be an Exodite. As others pointed out, he probably isn't, but the furred pelt on his shoulder is an unusual touch for any Eldar.

He certainly could be an Exodite character, although I do not think that suggests an Exodite army in the near future. Just an acknowledgement of the varied paths Eldar take.

The 3 top theories IMO are: Exodite, Arhra or a Corsair Prince.
Given how big he is in both the art and that background shot of his model (where he looks twice as tall as the guardians in the foreground), I am guessing Arhra is the most likely of those 3
